First I have to say that this is one of the most fun processes in buying a new vehicle in a long time also very straightforward and communication was great. My company and I came in looking at an F350 And walked out with an F250 and an F350. The negotiation was very easy and I think both the sales staff and ourselves are very happy with the deal we made. Michael, Patrick and Mark worked very hard to get us where we needed to purchase the vehicles. We will definitely buy more vehicles from them in the future as they have earned our trust and respect.

During the unusual shortage of F250s in 2020/2021 including extended production times for custom orders through Ford I was grateful to find a comparable truck to what I was looking for due to arrive at Watertown Ford even though it was over 3 hours away in another state. Every single person I encountered at Watertown Ford was pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient with every interaction. We navigated the laws and requirement differences from state to state with ease. And as all vehicle buying should be when you know exactly what you want we were in and out completing paperwork and driving away in in our brand new truck in record time. I bought my 2017 Ford F-150 Lariat from Watertown Ford this past April. I traded in my Jeep Wrangler Rubicon as part of the deal. I got more for my trade in than I expected! And I got the truck for exactly the price I was hoping for. There was nearly zero haggling or the usual “let me check with my manager” kind of games you find at usual dealerships. I have bought around 15 cars in my life from dealerships & this was the best experience I’ve ever had.Before going to Watertown Ford, we visited 2 other Ford dealerships in the area. We were replacing the tow vehicle for our Airstream RV and we weren’t sure if we wanted another Ford pickup or if we wanted an Expedition. So we went to a couple of dealerships to look at some used Expeditions they had online. While we were at the first Ford dealership, I asked to look at the new 2017 F-150 just out of curiosity. The salesman actually refused to let me look at a new F-150 because they said “we don’t make any money off of selling you a new vehicle”. I made an appointment at the 2d dealership 2 weeks in advance. When I showed up the morning of the appointment after driving 30 miles to get there, they didn’t have the vehicle I had asked to test drive! And they said they couldn’t get it that morning for me to test drive. The customer service at these other 2 dealerships was so bad that I actually wrote a letter about it to Ford. In the letter I said that i had never experience a dealership that actually worked hard to NOT sell me a car! It was unbelievable!The experience I had at Watertown Ford proved to me that it’s obviously not a “Ford thing”, it’s a “Watertown Ford thing” that made this such an easy & wonderful buying experience.I recently had my new truck serviced for the first time at Watertown Ford. They remembered that the first year of maintenance was included, as I was told at the time of the sale. The staff at the service counter where I checked in remembered me! From months ago when I bought the truck! They were courteous, professional, nice and fast. My truck was really taken care of fast & nicely. The only small critique I had was that they forgot to call me to tell me when my truck was done, but I was going to pick it up after work just before they closed anyway. So it didn’t matter.My wife & I are new to Massachusetts & didn’t know what to expect from a New England car dealership experience. Through this whole process of buying the new truck & having it serviced, these people treated us like family. I will be buying my next car or truck at Watertown Ford.
I recently purchased a new car from Watertown Ford after my old one broke down and was not worth repairing. I previously drove a 2004 Ford Escape and really love the Ford models so was interested in looking there first. I chose Watertown Ford because both my mother and my aunt had purchased new Escapes from them in the past couple years, and both were (are) extremely happy with their new cars. When my husband and I went, we initially wanted to just look around and not commit to anything, but after being greeted by Raul, that quickly changed. I told Raul what I was looking for (another Escape) and gave him my price range and he was able to pull up several cars on the lot that met that criteria. In no time, I was checking out the different cars, and he even let me take one of the cars off the lot for a test drive with my family. He made the process so easy, as this was only the second time I had purchased a brand new vehicle, and the first time in over 10 years I had a new car. Sitting down, he knew that I was concerned with the monthly payments and not qualifying for a good rate because of my credit score. We were able to get a good deal with Ford Credit taking on the loan directly, and I left that day having signed the paperwork for my new 2015 Ford Escape. That was a Saturday, and on that Monday, I picked up the car. I have to say the past few weeks with the new car have been great. I love all the features, it is a smooth ride and I have to say, my friends and family are jealous of how nice of a car I now own. I want to thank everyone at Watertown Ford, particularly Raul, for their great customer service and care.
I had been a Toyota customer for over 20 yrs., but current Toyota choices did not suit me. I had previously owned a Ford truck and had a good experience. Sales personnel here were helpful and friendly. Easy access to test drive vehicles. They offered to search beyond their own inventory for the used car I wanted. Sales contact person was always available and prompt when scheduled. I purchased a hybrid vehicle and opted for a maintenance plan. So far, so good.
Watertown Ford provides great service. Ive been coming here for 5 years. The staff are friendly and efficient. The service center is clean and comfortable. Communication and follow up is thorough and timely. In my 50+ years of driving different vehicles serviced at other locations, I cant name another service center that provides such professional care. I dont normally write a review and rarely in google but I just have to because of the excellent service here. I recently moved from California and had to have something done with my car the just got here a week ago. The employees here are amazing and of course Shawn! They were very helpful! Its like a warm welcome here in MA! I was worried I will be waiting forever and was looking for a cafe around the area but didnt really have to since the waiting area was amazing as well! Coffee, water, soda, snacks, tv, comfortable chairs and even a massage chair. Better than a cafe!. I didnt wait that long for the service either! I am very happy with the service! Even better than my ford service place in California (yikes!) I am happy I found a good service place for my car!!!

I was driving back to Maryland after the Boston Marathon when my cars transmission abruptly stopped working. I did a quick Google search and found that I was close to Watertown, called them, and brought it in. It was 5:30pm so not much could be done that day, but they promptly got me taken care of on Tuesday so I could get back on the road. They also identified a few other critical issues that they were able to fix. Its never easy to be stuck far from home, but they treated me like I was their only customer, were friendly, professional, and courteous, and I would recommend them to anyone. I recently purchased my Ford Fusion in Tallahassee with an oil change plan they assured me was transferable as I was moving to the Boston area and didnt want to worry about routine maintenance costs. Watertown Ford got me right in, did the routine maintenance and all the leg work making sure my maintenance plan covered all the costs. The waiting area was very nice and people checked in on me to make sure I was comfortable. The oil change was done very quickly and it gives me piece of mind knowing they are my new service center.

I was incredibly impressed with Watertown Ford! Car-buying has a very bad stereotype for being a tough process but as soon as I walked into Watertown Ford, I knew my experience would be different. Simply put, it was like dealing with a close family friend. They took the hassle out of car buying and made it incredibly simple and easy. There was no pressure and I started calling my sales associate painless Shamus as it was such an easy transaction by the time I had bought my new car! I purchased a 2013 Ford Edge, and as a 32 year old young woman, was a bit intimidated at the thought of buying a new car on my own. Well how wrong I was since Watertown Ford really worked with me on a great trade in price as well as a great deal for my lease. They even got my new car inspected and got the registration and plates so all I had to do was call my car insurance to tell them I got a new car! They also walked me through all of the features of the new car and made sure I felt comfortable before driving off the lot.This is the 3rd car I have ever bought in my life (and the first of many at Watertown Ford). I honestly dont know if I will ever go to another dealership as Watertown Ford could not have been better! If youre thinking about buying a new car, you will not be disappointed in this dealership! I really like the folks in the service department at Watertown Ford. They are pleasant and personable and do a good job. This time they forgot to reset the oil change button so it went off a few days after servicing. I was away for the weekend, but the mechanic at a garage was willing to reset it for me since the Ford folks had put a sticker on my windshield saying that I didnt have to come back for so many months and miles, and he did it very easily .
I was a first time buyer and feel they worked well with me in order to help me understand the process. However, I would have been nice to have the sales person explain where he was going, what he was doing, and how long it would take. For example, he would leave to go handle some paperwork or whatever else was involved in the process of purchasing the car, but fail to tell me how long I could expect to be waiting.
The dealer communicated with me is very nice. During the whole purchasing process, he was able to answer all my questions and to provide great advice. Finally me made a deal and I bought my used Focus. I truly hope to meet with Watertown Ford in the future.

I was able to complete the deal and take care of all paperwork the day before delivery. I was out of there in 10 minutes after arriving to pick it up. I came in on Sunday afternoon to test drive the 2016 Ford Escape Titanium, I didnt have an appointment, but Rod was available to help me. He showed us a model and came with us on a 30+ minute test drive where he was knowledgeable about the Escape and other Ford models. I wasnt ready to commit to buying yet (as I had other SUVs to look at from other brands) but he gave me his card. It was the first time I ever visited a car dealership and WAS NOT sat down to discuss a deal when I wasnt ready. It was so low pressure and that was a breath of fresh air. The next day I e-mailed Rod, he found me the *exact* car I wanted at another dealer and setup the paperwork, all via e-mail. On Monday night I went in and left a deposit and setup delivery on Friday. On Friday he picked us up at our apartment and brought us to the dealership. Everything was ready, we sat down with the finance manager, got us plates, and he gave us a great rundown of the vehicle. He even brought us over to the service department and gave us a run-through of the place. Overall it was my first car purchase where I felt comfortable, instead of a bundle of nerves. Watertown Ford lacks to reflect The Ford Brand.....poor customer service skills and lack of diversity.... Sales Manager Pattrick OBrien and Emily by far has given us the worst experience we have recieved in almost a decade of sales and service. My Husband and I was Dissapointed by the lack of drive and knowledge by these two associates to close a sale with satisfaction and expertise! Emily direspected My husband and I when she stated, WE would not be approve prejudging us and assuming our financial status #Big Mistake. We do not reccomend Watertown Ford and we are highly dissapointed and dissatisfied in our experience and we will be taking our business elsewhere.

After being with Ford for almost a decade this was by far the worst experience doing business at any Ford Dealership. Emily and Patrick you clearly made HUGE MISTAKE yesterday and dis-service to the company by pre-judging my finance and credit rating. Emily your comment your not gonna get approved was terribly wrong and was just not what Ford Company stands for our should they tolerate.After showing up with two 2017 vehicles in excellent condition you fail to offer me any option to finance or lease. I wondered for a second what was really happening. Is this how we treat customers? Patrick told me he was the Manager but clearly failed to show me that he was competent enough to close a sale. Emilys attitude was so wrong and disrespectful. I had to constantly repeat myself by asking for a quote. Honestly, I left the store disappointed not buying two new vehicles but was at peace that I able to take my business elsewhere....HUGE MISTAKE.!!!

Initially, I was very pleased with the service and made a deal - with a cosigner for a $240 per month lease, with a TOTAL down payment of $1600. That was yesterday. Today, 2/15/18 I received a phone call informing me that I would now have to have a $5000 down payment, which I can not afford. While the monthly payments would drop, that was never an issue.I had to cancel the deal and would never consider Watertown Ford again.
This dealership was great! I came in for a test drive @ 2pm, liked the used Fusion that I drove, bought the car and was out the door by 4pm in time to pick my kid up from day care. The sales team was professional, not at all pushy, and very easy to deal with. At no point did I feel that I was being taken advantage of.

My 2013 flex blew a water pump and Joe K and crew in service got me towed and fixed under warranty with only 1 phone call. Best part is this all took place without me dealing with the tow or the warranty company that handles the extended warranty stuff. Love it!
Weve been to a couple different Ford Service Centers in the Boston area and Watertown is our favorite. We now go there for our regular maintenance service as well as any repair needs. The Quick Lane is very convenient and their waiting area is great. Their staff is helpful and accommodating.

I saw what I wanted on line, made arrangements to test drive it to make sure my handicapped partner would be comfortable in the vehicle as well as it have enough room for a wheelchair. I searched for a good, low miles Ford Edge after driving a rental on vacation. I found what I was looking for at Watertown Ford. I made an email inquiry and received a call the next morning confirming that the car was still available. It was in position for a test drive when I got there. I wanted the car if the deal was acceptable with my trade-in. After negotiation, I told them what I wanted to make the deal and they met it.The finance manger was very upfront and straight forward as I would expect from a man who served the nation honorably in the Marine Corps. The process went smoothly and I had a new car!One note, after the purchase I went in for an inspection sticker (NH) and the computer had not yet reset after a power disruption. It turned out that Watertown Ford had replaced the battery as it was weak before the sale. Some places would have just let the car go and leave it for the new buyer to find out so kudos to Watertown Ford. After driving 100 miles, the computer reset and the car passed.Im pleased with the car, the sale went smoothly, nothing was hidden, what more can you ask for? AAA+++

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Oil change wasn’t done upon pick up, along with a missing floor mat, low tires, AND crack in the windshield. I know nothing about bank I got my loan from, and also missing owners manual. Very laid back.. which can be a good thing but when all of this piled on top, got VERY frustrating. Drove over an hour to come here because they had the car I wanted at a good price, but after all this, not worth it. Would have paid a bit more closer to home with better service. Not impressed at all.

Periodic maintenance visit went extremely well, all points covered and explained, and service prompt, efficient, complete in a short time. Easy for me to wait in comfortable waiting room. The only noticeable drawback was some hard-to-remove black grime on the drivers side carpet.

Just on a whim I stopped into Fords on Pleasant St., Watertown in Oct.2015 to see what a used car would cost me. I met up with a great sales man, Mike OBrien. He showed me a 2014 Focus and I drove it a little and seemed to like it. But the next day I called Mike and told him for some reason I didnt feel safe in it. He told me to come over on Monday and he would take care of me. He showed me a 2012 Fusion and when I drove it, it felt a lot better. He said I was used to a heavier car and that is what my problem was. I found him to be a caring person and a great sales man. I love my Fusion and have had it for one year now and still love it.Joan
Watertown Ford is such an amazing place to go to get my car fixed. Everyone there is so friendly and so helpful. They make your stay there comfortable and explain everything to you straight and forward. They do not try to run you for your money, which is the reason I go there for both my cars. Also they have a nice waiting area with a huge TV and an amazing snack bar... Thanks for always making my visit a pleasant one!!!!
The sales staff, especially Sam, was extremely helpful. They took their time to show me several different vehicles and were always patient when I needed to take time to make decisions. The financing was very simple and they were extremely helpful. I got the vehicle that I wanted and a price I could afford. Would definitely recommend Watertown Ford.
Since I purchased my Ford Focus ST about 2 years ago Ive brought the car in for all maintenance and recalls at Watertown Ford. The service is always excellent and the staff is extremely helpful. At this point I wouldnt trust my car with anyone else. I cant recommend these guys enough.

I Recently purchased a 2016 Ford Fusion from Watertown and would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle! From the moment I bought my car two years again from Mike OBrien to when I brought my car earlier in this month, Watertown Ford has been nothing but pleasant and efficient. I brought my car in around 8:20 and by 10:30 I received a call that my car was ready to be picked up. They were quick and the staff was very nice! I recently had an extremely stressful day in my 2012 Ford Focus, which has experienced some transmission issues that said cars are notorious for. I came to Watertown Ford pretty frantic, and Dave took care of me. My car was good to go after a few days in the shop, but unfortunately after I took it back on the road, I experienced the same issues which resulted in a tow back to the service center. While this was pretty frustrating, I commend Watertown Ford for their commitment to professionalism and repairing my car in a timely manner. Also, props for being transparent about the mechanical issues and for supplying a realistic timeline of how long repairs would take.
This was such a pleasant experience, easy, friendly and fast! I wanted to buy/lease a 2012 Ford Escape, it was fortunate that one 2012 was in the lot. Al Abramson greeted me as I walked through the door of the dealership. He continued to guide and assist me with the lease of my car. All of the professionals that I encountered with this process were wonderful. That was Tuesday afternoon and today Thursday, I have a beautiful new 2012 Escape in my driveway. I absolutely loved Watertown Ford!I heard about Watertown Ford through a friend who had bought her SUV there. I was looking to get a new car quick before winter and went in to test drive a 2013 Ford Focus. The price was good, the mileage was low, and the ride was very smooth. The dealer that I worked with was available to answer any questions I had and was very helpful at explaining aspects of the car to me.After 2 test drives, I was able to walk out with the car on my third visit. They worked with my insurance, the RMV, and the bank that I would be getting my loan through on the spot. When I asked if I could walk out with the car that day, the dealer made it possible by even cleaning my car for me to be able to leave with it.I had a great experience here and would recommend it to anyone! Plus I love my new car!

Watertown Ford helped me move from a 2013 Edge lease to a 2016 F150 lease. Unbelievable deal and everyone from the internet liaison, sales personnel, and finance were great to work with. No run around and got straight to the point. They put me into a beautiful vehicle for not a lot down and payments lower than what I expected. After searching and going to three other dealerships, Watertown Ford was the best and I plan on continuing future purchases there.

My car was recently recalled for a steering issue and I ended up at Watertown ford. The receptionist was very nice and was able to show me in the right direction to speak to a technician. They assured me that it wouldnt take more than just a couple of hours to check everything out and get the car back to me. They were super nice and efficient. I would absolutely go back for any of my car maintenance or my next purchase.
The Service Center is excellent. Ive never had such a positive experience, and I dont really have any horror stories. Dave, at the counter, is amazing. The guys in the back are professional, and they had me out of there in a fraction of the time. Youve made a customer for life.
Ive only used this shop twice, but both times they have been great to work with. I used to use Sullivan Tires and a few other shops for quick fixes and oil changes in the past but the people working have been quick to slap random fees and push me to get extra unnecessary work done. The first time I even used Watertown Ford was to have them fix a mistake another shop made! Everyone Ive dealt with at this dealer had been informative, transparent, and professional. I find the maintenance on cars to be an annoying chore in general, but this place makes it bearable!

Great experience, no pressure. Bought my second vehicle from WF in the past year or so (the first was a 2015 Fusion Plug in Hybrid, the second a 2010 Ford F150). Both purchases were quick and pleasant. They delivered the truck to my work when the registration came through and then picked it up and delivered it back for its inspection and to do a minor repair that I noticed. Didnt need to drive back to the dealership!

Ive only needed a few minor things done like oil changes, tire rotations and fluid checks. Each time I have an extremely positive experience. The staff are helpful and accommodating (allowing me to drop the car off and pick it up when it is convenient for me) and the turnaround time is quick for minor things.
