This should be the absolute first stop for any first time home buyer. I cant thank them enough for their hard work and all they have done for our family and the community at large. NOW is an invaluable community asset!

Goes into homes while tenants aren’t there. Very nosey. Always bringing new faces into the home. It’s very uncomfortable.

The Bugbee building is disgusting. The halls are never clean neither are the bathrooms. The elevators havent been cleanes in months. Washers and dryers are full of hair and caked on who knows what. Just unacceptable for the people who live there and depend on you.

Neighbors of watertown helped me and my wife through the whole buying process of our first home and helped us tremendously with closing costs and rehab, they are a class act, highly recommended.

They started out great, until new management took over. You hardly get privacy, youre required to talk to someone once a month at least, which is great theyre checking up on you regularly, but not everyone needs that amount of help or attention.When I moved to VA, they milked most of my security deposit cleaning a hard wood floor that was already swept...Im still wondering how it cost $360 to do that. I could have done it for $5 if I had the time. Theyre crooks and improperly use your security deposit so be weary. The rent is cheap and theyre beautiful apartments, but make sure when you move out its SPOTLESS, if you want to have a chance at keeping your full deposit. I spent 3 years there and felt like the loyalty meant nothing when they spent my full $550 deposit on virtually nothing.
