Guy got me and my family into a townhouse the same day we went and applied. Other places in the area took weeks and never completed the process. They are very professional and timely with everything. The town homes they have are absolutely beautiful! Stays cold in summer and warm in winter. The location is great and never had any issues with noise, crime, annoyances of any kind. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking.
I wish I was able to go tour the place in person because I really love it from the pictures and it is the ideal townhome I am looking for (minus not having a garage but thats okay). the only thing is the no pet policy that is stopping my fiancee and I to go for it, being that we have two dogs. but other than that if you are a military family, such as us, and you have no pets this is a nice place to live if you dont want to live on post at all.
Love how there is absolutely no information on pricing from their website. Go ahead click the link, it will pull up a blank page...Maybe something you can fix
No pets allowed. Not even cats that just sleep and eay. But if you have messy kids... if youre probably a dirt wad yourself... youre good.Response: you missed the point while trying to be smart. Not saying they are but they could be dirty; just as long as they dont have pets. You in fact allow small children to live here. To not would be against the law. Arguing an indoor pet would cause more damage and have more viruses and diseases than one of those is a hard sell. Lastly youre right. But if there are discriminatory factors to living at your community then that should be reported before people waste their time. As I have.
Having lived here a full year, I am comfortable saying that this town home community is excellent. The grounds are well maintained, and the quality of the modern living space is outstanding. Additionally, it is a quiet community. Despite being approximately 0.5 miles from I-81, I rarely here its traffic, yet the nearest on ramp is less than 3 minutes down the road which makes it convenient to hop onto for a trip to Syracuse or Canada. For military personnel or those who work on the base, this location is far enough from the base to not hear any of the training exercises, yet is only ten minutes from two of the gates. On a day of heavy traffic, my travel time door to door is 15-20 minutes. Also, being located on route 37 permits quick access to routes 11 & 12, which go directly into Watertown. I would recommend this town home community to anyone moving to the area.
I lived in this townhouse complex when I first got to Fort Drum and then again when I returned from my 2017 deployment and I can say that this is an absolutely amazing place to live!
I lived at two other town home complexes while stationed at Ft. Drum but Emerald Acres was by far the best in Watertown and one of the best I have rented outside of a division sized post. The property is quiet which was one of the biggest sellers for me. We had neighbors the entire time we were there but never heard them. The property is very well kept. There were no animals allowed which was nice because our 1yr old liked to run around in the yard behind the units and there were no animal droppings for him to get into. The landlords are also very good about keeping up with the snow in the winter. I only shoveled my walkway to get to and from the parking lot.I could brag about this place all day but the bottom line is if you want a clean, quiet, reasonably priced place to live, go there. We lived there for a little over a year and, god forbid, if we ever get stationed at Drum again, we will go straight back to Emerald Acres without looking anywhere else.
Beautiful townhomes with perfect location and a storage unit within walking distance. Worth the price of rent and newly constructed. Gorgeous kitchens with soft closing dark wooden cabinets and an open floor plan. Maintenance was on top of it and made everything easy.
Hands down the best in the area !!Gaetano Was an OUTSTANDING representative and extremely helpful in comforting our stress of this already stressful situation of moving across country to somewhere new with a new family!!! Keep it up !!! And Thank you !!!
If only they had attached garage, it would be perfect.
My husband is in the military and this place came along as blessing for my family of 4. We called to inquire about the Townhomes on a Saturday, and the landlord was quick to return our call and showed us the place on the same day!! Very clean, quiet, close enough to post and to town (if you like your occasional visits to Target and the mall trips haha), and well kept by management. This place is family owned!! These folks are some of the most helpful and kind people youll ever meet. As landlords, theyre very professional and are willing to work with you. The complex was not too big and not too small, just the right size to do my daily walks with my toddler and infant. The unit itself, is spacious and just gorgeous, and SOUNDPROOF. You get your privacy and your neighbors get theirs...makes for a happy little community😄👌We also loved the open floor plan too! Theres a big grassy area in the middle of the complex that works perfectly for running/playing space for the kiddos. All my neighbors were awesome, and for the most part they were military as well. I could go on about this spot! Its great! The price is worth the living space! Move here and not regret anything. Its a great environment for anyone whether youve got a family or not👍 Im going to miss living at Emerald Acres. Weird to say that lol but true.
