The place has a bed bug issue. I contacted the district manager and basically got blown off...she says they spray every 2 weeks well I know of people who have lived there over a year and their apartments have been sprayed maybe 3-4 times in over a year..Ants and Spiders are another issue..they will give you ant traps and tell you to buy bug spray although management denied this was said to the tenants. Being a low income complex and management NOT allowing tenants to put infested items in the dumpsters is simply ridiculous. They have low income..and cant afford to hire a company to throw away their furniture..mattresses etc...petitions and media will be forthcoming

If u need to somewhere to stay for awhile and u cant afford somewhere else its ok but with kids i would either reconsider or keep a very close protective eye on them. The people in this complex are generally not good people, they litter everywhere and everywhere u turn u will most likely find a beer bottle or drug remains. Most families that live here that I know complain about their neighbors being rude and loud even once they ask for them to chill,and the maintenance people being lazy.

They do not keep the property clean except the main office. The owner also does not care about the property. They come in your apartments without permission a lot. Also would recommend keeping all money order receipts because their books tend to be off. There is a heavy amount of smoking in most buildings and they do not follow NYS law on protecting non smokers. Children are not watched by their parents a lot too causing multiple problems from burglary to disruptive noise for hours in the common areas.

The new property manager is awesome.

It has decent housing, the office and maintenance staff are very professional and nice. But most of the residents are extremely scummy. Constant arguing and fighting outside. Police are called often, they leave trash all over the yards and smoke in the hallways of the buildings constantly.

Never fix nothing they cover it up !

I have family members who has lived here for many years. The area is always clean and the lawn manicured. They could be better with snow removal, sometimes it takes a while. I, myself, had applied there, waited 4 months for a response, was told we had an apartment waiting for us just to be told a week or two prior to us moving they made a mistake ( a 4 month long mistake) and that we actually made too much to live there. So we were left homeless, essentially, because of poor office management. We had to move in with family and put everything in storage for 2 months until we found another place.They had 4 to 5 months to tell us we made too much. We were apartment hunting months before our lease was up for this very reason. We didnt want to give our 30 days until we knew we had secured a place, and it ended up backfiring in our face. We make/made too much. That was it. No Im sorry for leaving you all without a home on such short notice, nothing. They had our application on file for 4 months! So, yes, if you need something income based, sure, the apartments are okay. But the headache you might have with everyone else is another story.

Its a good location but theres to much crime and drama

Its an ok apartment complex, I never feel 100% relaxed here, the management doesnt really seem to care and Maintainance doesnt always do the greatest job grooming the place.

Horrible management, they like to make up rules as they go and deny them when they get confronted on it.

Wouldnt recommend this place. Neighbors are nosy, walls are thin, constant problems with plumbing and the new owners arent very accommodating.

Only visit when I have to (ie family)

Delivered food a cpl times. A cpl of good tippers but not really worth speeding to get there and wind up with a ticket

My niece lives here and she found mold in her sons room all around base boards, and window sills, maintenance never came to check or look at it
