I have had a good experience overall, though it could have been better. I was sericed by SARHEEN and she was professional, attentive and responsive. She split my itinerary such that it wouldnt include the domestic flight because she said the cost is a lot more as a single itinerary. I appreciate the customer focus for saving money for us, however, some attention to detail followed by some misinformation makes me want to trim some stars. Initially, she suggested a flight that leaves 3 1/2hrs of gap between the international and domestic which she assured is plenty for Chicago airport. However, by the time we made up our mind, the price increased significantly for international flight, so we decided to book for the next day. In my mind, I assumed that it would be an identical itinerary for the next day and didnt pay attention to the fact that the domestic flight changed and that reduced the gap to 3hrs. When I called her for changes, she misinformed that there will be a penalty charge for changes and assured me and assured that the time is still sufficient. Thanks to Afghan debacle, the internation flight duration seems to have increased by 35min and now the gap reduced even more. So I contacted them again and this time I spoke to another agent, who misinformed me that this flight schedule change is temporary and that it will go back to normal in a couple of days. I have been monitoring this flight daily and I see that even after 5 days, the flight schedule hasnt gone back to the original time. There is now only about 2 to 2 1/2 hrs left (as the flight is often delayed by a few minutes). This make me nervous, but one good thing that the second agent did was to called me back and inform me that the flight can easily be changed directly on the airline website with no penalty. I wish I had gone with my own purchase for the domestic connection and avoided some frustration and waste of time. I thought it would be beneficial to let the agency do it, but it wasnt the case.

I dont recommend to go with them. It is better to purchase ticket directly from Airlines. There is not much difference in price. I had to cancel my tickets due to COVID. Even though airline do not and did not change cancellation fee, Alanita claims that the airline is charing cancellation fee. But that is not true. I requested for a refund on airline website soon after I cancelled my ticket by paying $380 to Alanita. I got my full money back from the airline in a week. However, at the time of cancellation Alanita told me that it will take 4-6 weeks. Also they promised me that if the airline return full amount then they will return my cancellation fee (baring service charges) back. Now they are saying that it is their charges.

One of the worst travel service you can get. Please stay away from their service. Their agents are not professional at all. Due to Covid my flight was canceled, I tried to reschedule with them when airline started again. I called them every other day and they kept saying no response from airline. They took 2 months to give me available dates for reschedule, and asked they you have to confirm in two hours otherwise we will not be able to reschedule your booking. When I called next day they said they cannot reschedule the booking now. I called several times and each time agents were very rude. They have no control over my booking anymore, so contact airline directly. And airline is saying I have to contact agents since they have booked this ticket.Absolutely pathetic service. It is advisable to spend some but always book with Airlines directly. Never ever use Alanita.

I dont recommend these guys. There is a lot of process to book a simple ticket in this digital era. After submitting payment, I had to send too many emails so many times. After the payment submission and hell of emails, I have received a call saying that the price went up while they are processing the ticket and I had to send another email saying that ok to charge new price. He said that it will take another 30-40 minutes to process and issue the ticket. What kind of process takes 40 mins to process a simple ticket? I booked tickets for my family and friends since 1996 and never experienced this much stupid process.Just check itinary and give credit card number and done. Common guys!!!We are sending people to space in 40 mins.
