Clean establishment just didnt get my clothes that way. Wash was pricey for my clothes not to be clean drying was cheap. Large load 1.00 to dry not bad. I will have to try elsewhere to get clean clothes.

Very clean and organized. Only complaint is the token system. Now I have extra tokens I wont use as im only in the area every so often. Just let me use quarters.

Its a clean laundry mat. Attendant was nice and helpfull. I havent been to laundry mat in years. So I thought it was pricey. But was do i know. Last time I went to a laundry mat it was $1.50 t o wash. Times have changed.

I came to wash blankets. This is a nice laundromat. Comparable prices, clean, loved the free dryers on Tuesdays. I hope the staff can keep it that way. Im really picky about doing laundry. I saw over loaded machines, both washers and dryers. People just packing clothes in as tight as they could. Washing and drying rubber backed rugs. These are what kills the laundromat business. Im not going to lie, I worry about bugs. You arent going to wash them out and kill them if your clothes dont move in the machines!

When this place opened, it was really nice to come to, but now it is a complete mess. Trash all over the place, I found candy in one of the washing machines. It looks like there hasnt been an employee in here in days. Obviously, people are slobs, so it isnt always going to be totally clean, but this is pretty bad.

I was there at 10pm and it was so busy you couldnt get a dryer and then when items in dryer were done no one was there to take them out, I will try going at a different time next time 😩

I have been coming for just about a year now. When I first started coming here, it was awesome! Bragged about this place to everyone. Lately it’s been dirty every time I’ve gone, the machines don’t seem to be cleaned out as well anymore. The card machine has also been down for about a month. The app doesn’t work for me anymore either. Would love to see it go back to the way it was when I first started coming here!

I had to go here because our dryer died. I used this place for a few weeks. It was clean and I felt safe going to my car taking loads back and forth. Had plenty of TVs to watch the games. Would recommend thought was affordable dont know what the $ is but machines worked great.

Paid more for nicer place. Bonus was the app so I could use my card and not stop for cash. The downsize is the lady scream profanities on her phone, kicking the dryer doors and noone did anything. I thought someone was supposed to be here 24/7. I am leaving with partial dried clothes and prob wont be back.Update 9-21I thought I would give this place another shot so I could use the app to pay; however after adding laundry soap I discovered that the app does not work. I tried knocking on the door- no one here. Called and was informed there is no one within even an hour to come reset the machines so the app would work.And there is a dog running around inside

The machines take your money often and once the detergent machine slid an empty box sealed and all down the metal machine with all the detergents in there. Also best to sit and watch your machines standing right in front of them esp dryers or someone will take 1 or more of your dryers of clothes. I was sitting in the seats in the back since there were no seats in front and my clothes were in the dryers closer to the front. I got up to check the dryer it had 12 minutes stil so I went to sit back down. When I got up to check them again shirtly after my two dryers full were missing. No one inside said they saw anything. I called and left messages for the manager to call me back. I called the online number and the lady said three different times the manager at the location off university would contact me but never did so I was just out of all clothes towels etc and no employee cared to do anything about it. How do you have a place full of cameras and signs saying we are being recorded for our protection and I cant get anyone to work in the laundromat or the main office that I called to run the camera the same night in case the person was stil in there. The workers are hardly ever there in office during day and I went back and finally spoke with one employee a lady and she just kept saying sorry and that she didnt control cameras and offered to put it on facebook that if anyone gets home and notices they have the wrong clothes to return them. Really. I was a weekly customer. I will no longer return to any clean laundry again.

The best laundromat ever. Variety of washing machine sizes. Plenty of dryer options. $7 to wash a gigantic load and everything got clean. Dryers are a good deal at $2 forv28 to 32 minutes. Friendly staff.

The app is very convenient. They were out of dryer sheets when I was there. But the staff is super nice and helpful.

It was clean and had two attendants. However there were several washers and dryers out of service. I suggest you either go before 9 AM or after 8 PM. Its always busy.

March 4th, 2018A clean, pleasant place to get laundry day over with. 10/10 for maintenance, 10/10 for cleanliness and 10/10 for pricing. $4.00 per wash on their standard machines, $0.25 per 8 min dry. They offer free drying weekdays. Awesome. I hope they up their prices real soon to keep the equipment maintained and the trash out.

My 1st visit here to wash comforters and the laundromat was very clean . Washers dryers were clean as well ( and large enough for my comforters ). Kathy ( staff ) helpful and friendly. I came back a second time I had the same experience! Both times I was here was on free dryer day. Bonus to not have to pay for using the dryers. I believe Tuesday through Thursday is free dryer days! Parking lot is big enough for truck (semi) parking. Nice knowing that there is someone here early mornings! Thank you Kathy!

Over used and under appreciated. A lot machines were out of order, dirty with ppls detergent. Garbage on the floor. A couple of garbage cans were over flowing with empty detergent bottles

Machines work as expected - dryers dry even on the busiest and most humid of days. Employees are friendly and do their best to maintain a clean environment. TVs and wifi are always working.

Since we travel all over the country we do frequent a lot of laundromats. Most are ok, some are disgusting, and a few are just spectacular. Clean Laundry in Waterloo, Iowa is one of the very best weve ever seen. And when we find a really great one, we like to share the news. The place is super clean, the machines look brand spankin new, prices are reasonable, with free dryers on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights. They are open 24 hours too so you can do laundry when it fits into your schedule. And, the attendant is extremely nice. We will come here again for sure.

I am so glad I came in today to do my laundry! I was looking for a new place since moving to Waterloo. Washers range from 2-9 Load washers and 3 load dryers. Didnt hurt I got a free laundry bag and a free dry today :) The building and restrooms are very clean and the design of Clean Laundry has been wisely chosen. Large tvs and best of all great internet speed also occupy Clean Laundry! Will definitely be coming back again!*****And soft water!! Makes a huge difference on those bed sheets I just washed :)
