Awesome place now that there is new management. Very very clean, always. All the machines now take cards. Also there are alot of updates still in the works.

New management has really stepped this place up. Cleanest laundromat in town.

EXPRESS LAUNDRY IS THE ONLY LAUNDRY MAT THAT SUPPORTS THE WATERLOO COMMUNITY

Terrible place! Hours description is wrong on their door and everywhere else! Says they are open until 9 but the doors clearly close at 8 and they cant bother to just change their hours description and say they close at 8. Save yourself the headache and just go somewhere that actually cares. If not you can be sure to risk having your possessions get locked in the facility with no one to help BEFORE the place is actually supposed to close.

Cold dirty most of the washers and dryers dont work and no attendant

No customer service. Machines are full of laundry soap, water in the laundry dispensers. Sketchy facility draws in some questionable customers. Ill be looking for another Laundromat.

Walked in BEFORE 8 and got told (rudely) they were closed. Website says they close at 9!! The LAST load is at 8! If they dont want my money, then I wont bother giving them my business anymore.

Its very clean and large, but the WiFi almost never works and customer service fights with you when you report a problem. A machine ate $1 worth of quarters and the change machine only gave me 75 cents for my $1. It wasnt worth the customer service lady to come all the way from cedar falls to give me my money back, but there is a sign that says attendant on duty, so where are they? Ive never had any other issues with express laundry and will make sure to only come in the evening when the older gentleman is cleaning. He is way more helpful and deserves a raise.

The dryers like to munch quarters. Other than that its not too bad.

LOVE THIS PLACE! - CLEAN, WELL LIT, ATTENDANT ON DUTY. MACHINES ARE VERY FAST TOO. THE DRYERS DRY MY CLOTHES IN HALF THE TIME.

Wow - I didnt expect it to be this nice. Well Lit...very clean...attended! They say you can be in and out in under an hour and they lived up to it. I had 7 loads of laundry and it was washed and dryed in 42 minutes. They had free WiFi too so I didnt get bored. Prices are remarkable. It reminds me of a big city high tech laundry!

Clean, quick, very nice washers and dryers. Staff is also very helpful when they are on hand.

Thus place is clean and inexpensive to wash. Wednesdays when you wash you can dry free !

Wi-Fi never works. Now all 4 change machines are inoperable n you have to go get quarters from either kwik star or family dollar
