W have used Merry Maids for decades and they hae always provided excellent service. They are reliable, flexible, and efficient.

I am fortunate to have a great team of ladies to work with. They know me well and how I want things done. Somethings are just don’t touch. If I can see dust it means you didn’t move anything to dust under it. I have extra equipment for them to use. A paint brush to use on pieces with a rough texture. Before I acquired Merry Maids I cleaned my entire house myself for 5 years until my Rheumatoid Arthritis progressed to worsen. Now I can’t imagine life with out them. Well worth the money.

Great team would recommend them for anybody needing their service.

Kieta is the best and so happy with her work. Some of the newer employees do not always appear highly motivated or as thorough. Noticed they may need verbal cues or direction.

We have been using The Merry Maids for about a year and wonder to ourselves why we waited so long to use their service, now I tell everyone about what I just told you.

Every maid we have had servicing our home has been very friendly and respectful of our cats. They do a thorough job of cleaning and do it very efficiently. We would never look for another maid service as we are so pleased with the maids we have had from Merry Maids.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE, The two Merry Maids representatives showed up on time, and did a tremendous job cleaning the house before we moved in. They were very personable, and started working right away. We were amazed at the level of attention to detail that was exhibited in their performance. I would recommend Merry Maids to anyone!!!!

No complaints, service is satisfactory

I have used Merry Maids for close to a year on a weekly basis. Every week there is something they decide not clean. I have complained several times and even had them come back and clean again. Last week I sent 11 photos of things missed on my main level, like none of the tile floors were scrubbed, kitchen sink was not cleaned etc... I did not want them to come back out I wanted to get a free cleaning. This was last Thursday when I complained and spoke to the manager on Friday morning explaining what I was expecting this time (a free cleaning). Just got the call that their policy is to come back and clean, so I will not be getting a free cleaning tomorrow. Yep, that is right it took them 6 days to give their line of BS. I do not recommend this company for cleaning.

I may have the girls use special tools to help with the dusting or cleaning the countertops [i.e. small scrubbing sponge, small paint brush to use on rough surfaces where a dust rag would not work.Some things need to be picked up in order to clean them better. Such as, small area rugs pick up shake out on the floor the vacuum will pick it up. If the rug is too light it just gets caught in the vac. Also, dont just leave rugs lay in place and wash around them. This has happened once with a brand new housekeeper.Be aware of electronic equipment. Dont push the buttons when dusting.I assist the girls with cleaning my house. We work well together. Some individuals need training in housework. By doing things this way they learn the special tasks and areas where they need to pay special attention.
