Claire and Alissa did an excellent, thorough job at cleaning the house, and they did it in a timely fashion. Very good at putting moved items back where they belonged as well. Both ladies were also personable and pleasant. Also, I get a real person if I have to call the office (schedule change or whatever), which is very nice these days. Definitely would recommend :-)

I would not give them any stars if it were an option. We just moved from a different state and I called Maid Pro to have them clean the home we were moving into. I called them 2 times to make sure there were no questions about my expectations. When we did the final walk through before moving our belongings in, I could not tell they had even been there. There were absolutely no vacuum lines in the carpet, the ceiling fans were absolutely disgusting, the cupboards and mop boards were filthy. Bathroom mirrors were all streaked. Toilets dirty and the appliances were obviously not touched. When I called to complain the lady I spoke with got very defensive and when I said I was not paying, she threatened to send me to collections. I sent her pictures of everything and then she changed her tune. She stated she agreed with my assessment and I did not have to pay. That did not change the fact the house was dirty from the previous owners and they did not offer to come back out and take care of the cleaning. We had no choice but to move in on top of someone else’s dirt. I absolutely do not recommend them and will not be calling them in the future.

Safyre cleaned for 3 straight hours. The condo is small and she hit every corner. Excellent - never looked this good after other companies were here in the past. Will keep this going.

I had maid pro help me with cleaning my house after I had been gone for a while. She showed up on time and has done a fantastic job each and every time she is here. She is always polite and kind, I feel that she deep cleans way more than I do myself. She knows all the spots in my house I miss and has even found things Ive lost. Chris B is my maid pro in Cedar Falls and she is absolutely wonderful and through.
