Would love to give NO STARS if possible. Came from out of town to help my parents clean out their attic. Brought up antiques and decent items to donate. A worker came out very pleasant to accept our items. His supervisor came out and began picking through the items refusing to take about half the items, saying we cant accept these items. Apparently, no one in Waterloo ever needs curtain rods. Very angry and frustrated. I will never donate or purchase items from here! St. Vincent DePaul gladly accepted my antiques. I suggest supporting them instead.

Very small, but the money goes to a goodd place
