I worked with them on and off for three years. Jobs in Waterloo are hard to find. Did have luck at Richelieu. They didn’t hire me because of Covid, down sizing. With crystal they were a hit and miss. More crystals fault than Masterson. Accomplished my goal of getting a job at masterbrand formally omega. Work is three miles from my house. My temporary paychecks were always correct on time my hours matched my pay. I am happy that I’m out at masterbrand now. Would recommend if you’re truly willing to work. If I ever need help again I would go back to them. Three times more professional than premier staffing with no drama. I dealt mostly with Kim, Erin filled her place and did a great job. In conclusion, if you really truly want to work they will find you a job

Total disappointment the Branch Manager Kim is rude. Staffing is suppose to be fast paced which means you dont wait over a week to let a candidate know if they got the position or not. You need to stay in touch with that candidate and keep them inform of there status. No wonder you are rated 2.3 stars, because of the poor communication and commitment you have to your candidates. I will not recommend this agency to any individual nor an employer. There is always room for improvement and Masterson Staffing you sure need it.

Do not use. They take nothing serious, especially people needing jobs. So unorganized.

They are so not the place to work for because if you arent a foreigner like an Mexican or African or a white person they dont have anything for you and thats just my opinion about Masterson Staffing solution.
