I paid for a deluxe wash & my car came out awful. I ended up having to clean the interior myself afterwards & the outside of my car was not impressive at all. I will literally have to go through another car wash to get it clean. $21 wasted. I have no issue cleaning my own car but I just got a brand new car & heard this place was the best to go to get a really nice wash. Sad to say they missed the mark. I dont think Ill be back

Very disappointed! They didnt even have enough people to vacuum out your car so the only thing that you could do would be to get the outside of your car washed! Whats the point!?

Very poor service. I dont usually like to write bad reviews but this has been awful the last several times Ive gone. Have been going here for years and used to be happy with the washes they provide. I frequently purchase their 5 packs to save on their washes. However the last several times, I get to my truck and its still filthy. I watched the guy spray the windshield once and didnt even mist it before he barely wiped the cloth across it. When I drove away, I could see dust all over the dash, windshield, and rear window was filthy. Went back in to let them know and the guy comes back out to my truck and wipes the windshield and part of the dash while complaining that they cant keep workers at minimum wage like it was my fault I got a bad car wash. I spent over $17 for the wash and my door jambs, rear window, etc are still filthy. My $17 should pay at least 2 workers for the 15 minutes they touched my truck while covering overhead... Wont be back and would honestly like a refund as I could have gone to Kwik Star and wouldve had a better wash with coatings for half the price. Pictures are from AFTER the wash.

My truck looked fantastic. I have 2 dogs and know my truck was full of hair. When I got back in, it was remarkable clean! Was there some dog hairs? Sure but they got the majority of it out and my truck shines and smells like new!

$15 car wash and I had to go home and vacuum and do the windows that were all smudged. Wont do that again

They only had Exterior wash only this day(Covid issue maybe?) so i had to drive to the other side of to get a full interior/exterior cleaning.

Didnt clean the inside as well as they used to.

They do an ok job everyone sees very serious except the Hispanic guys very polite and give good complements on your car

I’ve gone here a few times and get different levels of service every time. I believe it depends on who is working. I’ve gone early in the day and had great service but later in the day the service seems to get worse. I do recommend just come earlier in the day 👍🏻

A Monday, got my car was which is today 07/29/19Paid 29.99 for my car wash and extra tire shineGot in my car pull off to notice my car was half clean and vacuum still dusty and spots I ask them to clean like my cup holder and dust my front screen and dash board was not clean. I am highly upset cause I always go to this car wash and spend lots of money to keep a customer coming it the quality of the wash there are to busy trying to get car in and out they don’t care about quality of the car to make a person happy I am highly upset I have to go behind them to clean my car and dust it down no I am not asking for detail but if I spend 30 on a wash I expect it to look nice inside and out !!

For the price, Id say its fair. The exterior and windows (inside and out) look great, but they could have spent more time vacuuming.For a black car that travels on a gravel road every day, the wash and attention the attendants gave to the outside of the vehicle was great since standard car washes never seem to get all the dust and dirt off my car.The glass looks all but spotless. Just a couple streaks on the rear windows.The large surfaces of the dash and console were wiped, but not thoroughly enough in the corners, cup holders, etc.The cargo area and under the seats were not even touched by the vacuum, even though I took everything out of my car to make it easier for them.All-in-all, not perfect, but worth the $20 and the time it saved me doing it myself.

If you want to pass several other car washes that would do a better job then go here and even finish the job up at home then this is your place. Have scratched my car after drying off tires then wiping side of body. Also told me the vacuum the entire car but did not do the trunk. Will never return here.

The price is high and the quality of work seems low. My interior was not cleaned well. It seemed to have a quick wipe and was done.

This is the first time Ive ever been there or I usually wash my car by hand but my wife had won a free car wash so I figured Id take her there and see what they can do. I was very impressed the car came out clean they do a good job at wiping down the door jams and the glass was wiped down very nicely Im sure that some days theyre busier and they miss things I understand that but today they did a very good job with my vehicle. I look forward to having my car washed there from now on when I feel lazy.

Pulled in the parking lot 3 mins to 6pm on 6/11/20 and was told they were closed. Glad this establishment is doing so well after being closed for months through the pandemic that they can turn away business during their posted business hours. They have turned away my business permanently and I will share my poor experience with everyone I know.

Overall ... its a 4. Today, its a 2. It all depends how long the line is - so go when the line is short, youll get what youre paying for. Today, I have to vacuum the seats and floors (which is included in the mid level package.) Other days, Ive had to wash the windows because they use wet rags to finish when a dryer rag should be used. Some days, they wipe the door jams, some days they dont.The workers are either pushed to get em through in a hurry, or they are poorly trained / supervised.I used to work in a car wash - I know the pressures (false or implied).At the end of the day, paying $16 for a full service wash should yield full service results with no extra work regardless of the length of Line. Or, to summarize another way, if youre going to kick em out fast, the $16 full service package should cost $10 for that period of the day.Ive had plenty of full service / full result washes here, but its usually when the line is short and Im the only car in the drying bay. Just wish the service was a little more consistent for $16 - $18.

I think this place is awesome! The line is usually long when I come, and yes it sucks having to wait, but that’s what happens when you’re popular. The quality is great and the price is unbeatable!!

I used to frequent here, until I started noticing little things, so I would have to give my car a once over before driving off. I had to constantly remind them to put car freshener or wipe off or clean certain parts that I was paying to have done. They broke my cupholder in my Audi, I talked to one of the guys and showed them, he even tried to fix it, but because there was no manager there they told me to come back. When I brought it to their attention next time they acted like they didn’t know who I was. I brought my Mercedes in to be detailed and my seat had a gash in it after being “cleaned” I brought it to the managers attention and he was very rude and condescending. He argued with me and said it was already there, when it clearly wasn’t! (obviously I take care of my car and pay attention to how it’s cared for, hence getting it detailed) Don’t waste your time or money here. They don’t care about their quality of work or their customers! I have NEVER RETURNED, nor would I EVER recommend ANYONE spend their money here! I would rate -5 stars if I could!

This place used to be pretty good. Went 2 days ago Was the worst experience ever. Didnt vacuum out my vehicle, nothing wiped down, streaks like crazy on glass. Dash wasnt wiped down, I went over and was trying to show Mexicans what I wanted wiped down they wouldnt even get out of the way so I could show them, still dirt all over my vehicle and soap spots all over the vehicle that I had to come home and take care of myself. Will never go back. For $20 this was the worst service. Could have done better myself.

Ive been coming to this place for years. They generally do a great job. Just make sure to go during off-peak times, like after lunch or rush hour. Saves me time on the weekends for sure!

They do not do the best job. They dont vaccume or wipe out the car very good but if you get the cheapest wash its better than doing it yourself. If you are really particular you will probably not like the service.

The first time there they did a good job. Today they did a terrible job on the inside. I even went back to have it redone and it was still not clean.

Called the manager to give feedback on hours and offer suggestions after 3rd attempt to get a car wash within their hours always closed! He then wanted to get condescending with me saying they’re closed due to weather however it’s sunny no rain or snow in sight? Idk how the experience is at this place but won’t spend a dime with how the manager treated me over the phone! Took my car up to Kwik Star car wash spend my money there! Today they werent doing interior washes. Only exterior and outside windows. I was very disappointed. The inside of my windows really needed to be cleaned.

Years ago this place was good. The last several times I went there, there were very obvious things missed by the ones cleaning inside. The last time was horrible. They missed wiping down standard things on the inside and both sides on the outside were streaky and looked scratched, the vacuum job was also poor. My car isnt even that dirty, but yet they cant get it cleaned to normal standards. I guess Ill find somewhere else to spend $17+ a week.

Sometimes they do a really good job and then sometimes they just dont do a good job and I still have bugs on my windows you can always tell when the boss isnt there

You can get a decent fast car wash, inside & out for about $17 or 18 dollars. They seem to work pretty hard there.

Ive seen a few negative reviews on here but I must say Ive been going to here on a weekly or bi-weekly basis for many years and Ive never had a bad experience. They do a great job and even do extra spot cleaning if you request it.

Was not impressed at all. Did a half ass job on the inside. My suv smells better but it doesnt look any better. They wiped it down but I can still wipe dust off the dash. Vehicle wasnt that dirt to begin with because I usually clean it every other week so Im not impressed at ALL with how it looks. Just glad I didnt pay an arm and leg for it.

Go when there isnt a line and get the $13 wash. The tiers above the base package just change the type of soap being used on your vehicle so unless that makes a difference to you, just go with the base package.Overall I am satisfied with the quality of the job. Windows were clean, floor was vacuumed, and the dash was mostly clean in addition to the carwash. The door frames were a bit dirtier than I would have liked however they still were cleaner than when I went in and there was still a bit of dust on the dash. Even with the small oversights I would definitely recommend this place. Slightly more expensive than going to Kwikstars automatic car wash but interior cleaning is worth the extra dollar or two especially after a winter of tracking in road sand and salt.

Not satisfactory at all, they rushed into car wash and even with deluxe package the attention to detail was very bad. Left water marks outside the car and the interior wasnt cleaned as good.

Got to the car wash about 10 minutes ago since they dont close until 5 and they had already closed.. not happy about driving out here to have it be closed 20 minutes before 5. If you say youre going to be open until 5, then be open until 5.
