When this first opened I thought do we really need another car wash in town? I’ve been there several times now and it really is pretty awesome! We have the unlimited wash on one of our vehicles. The free vacuums are great. There are actual employees at the location when it’s open. They are always very nice. Highly recommend.

Tried out this car wash for the first time on Veterans Day. I heard they were offering free washes for Vets that day and decided to give it a shot. The Manager on duty, Jennifer, was very polite and set me up for my free wash. I pulled up to the door and when it opened a young man inside the wash told me to place my truck in neutral and take my hands off the wheel. The wash then started and about 15 seconds into it, it ripped off my drivers side mirror. When I pulled around Jennifer saw the damage to my vehicle and invited me inside while she filled out an incident form. I was advised that the other manager, Brian, would be contacting me. When Brian and I spoke I was informed that because my mirrors werent folded in the car wash wasnt responsible for the damage. If it was so important, maybe add that to the guys speech thats standing inside the wash. Several hundred dollars damage to my truck and your unwillingness to accept any responsibility is unbelievable. Thank you for the free Veterans Day wash, but maybe next time keep the complimentary mirror removal.

My husband signed up for the monthly package. He was told 19.99. They took out 39.99 earlier this week then took out another 29.99 today! Looked at his account better (yeah I know should have paid attention better) and come to find out they have taken out $40 every two weeks. Check your accounts this place is a scam.

Got the ultimate car wash, my car looked brand new after it. Will DEFINITELY be back, and would recommend you stop by. You can also give gift cards to there as a gift, or buy a monthly subscription or a monthly family subscription.

This is the best car wash in our area. Super friendly, great value and superior service and products. We drive out of the way to use this car wash. The vacuums make cleaning the inside of our cars easy. Great value for the money

Clean Car Express Car Wash is a fast and easy way to get the dirt and grim off my car. As a member I go whenever the car needs a wash. The staff is friendly and helpful. One young man on duty repositioned the side mirrors when the cycle was through. Good value and it takes less water than washing the car at home.

Best car wash in the area. Have been to others. Their wash doesn’t last like Clean Car. Employees very helpful at pay station. Wash equipment is top notch and does an outstanding job. Plenty of free vacuums. I absolutely Love to wash my car here.

Was asked if I wanted thier special. $.99 for a month. Was never told it would auto renew for 33.99. Called to have it canceled. Bran told me it was. When I called again because money was not returned. I was then told they cant refund only that it was suppose to be done on line and he was being nice by canceling it for me but he is not refunding. Bad business on communication. And since when cant a business refund money to unsatisfied customer. I never used the new plan so its not like I got anything.UPDATE: I was contacted after posting the review that I was the 1st call stating that their special was misrepresented. They stated that they will be issuing a refund and requested that I remove my review. Unfortunately, I cant delete the review, so I updated it.Update again. I will not change star review. Its been about 3 weeks since first complaint and still no refund. Maybe once that comes in I will consider changing it.

I go to this car wash all the time. Friendly staff with great prices and so many options for monthly wash packages. The free vacuum and floor mat cleaners are a HUGE bonus ❤️.

Pretty impressive. I had a free coupon and a very dirty car. I went prepared to wait in line since its the first day above freezing after several days of snow, salt and grime. Only one car ahead of me. An employee at the check-in to help, an employee at the entrance to the wash and an employee at the end to guide you out. Car is clean and shiny and took maybe 5 minutes.....❤️

Was pretty cool to go through for the first time, but it didnt get the car completely clean. There were still dead bugs on the windshield when it was all over with. Not worth $20 for the max wash.

All the associates out front to assist you are very knowledgeable, and even the associate in the car wash tunnel are very helpful. Very friendly. Paid for $15 car wash and was given a just ok wash. My back windows were still really spotty and car still show some missed areas. The friendliness of the guy helping me made me want to go back, I just wont select the top wash.

I sighed up for member ship the issues are the licences plate reader never read my plate second issue is I paid dor a month in August they charges my debit card 3 months without me knowing when I called the guy was very rude an said he wouldnt do anything about it,

Ok, so for a year you advertise a $3.00 wash, you’ve been open a week and have already discontinued the $3.00 wash because “you weren’t happy with the wash quality”So not only can’t you get a wash for $3.00 but the cheapest wash offered is now....$7.00!That’s more than double the price....didn’t anyone test the wash before, are you the first ever car was of this kind?????My wife and I are both members at a different wash and it seems as if we will be staying that way.Also the enter area of the plaza is at the exit of the wash....it’s a very tight area, if someone is exiting the wash while you are entering the facility is to TIGHT! This wash is NOT truck/suv friendly.

Wont take my truck that brite Worx down the road will take.I have a bare bones two bar ladder rack without any hooks or ears to get hung up on anything..Spoke to the manager and let him know I wanted to move my membership from brite Worx . I dont understand why youd pass by a monthly membership customer. The thing I find upsetting is that brite Worx told me the same thing for a couple of months and lost my business to St Louis, until finally some genius decided it was okay for my truck to go through and my truck has been going through now roughly for a year just fine.

Other metro area car washes feature free vacuums with touchless wash for $5, this place charges $7 and it isnt touchless, also the entry is a tight turn so our truck requires a multi point turn to enter straight enough - hence a 3 star rating.
