This is an awesome car wash. Its worth money spent though they keep it priced at an affordable price. They offer you many car wash packages so you can decide how much you want to spend for what you need. I personally drive across town just to use this car wash. Cant recommend it enough.

Free vacuums and carpet clean! I did the basic $8 and the car came out super clean and got all the bug guts off the windshield from traveling. Will definitely return 😀

The quality of the wash itself is good. I have only tried Quality and Super due to limited funds but theyre both sufficient. Its also faster than other car washes, though I wouldnt mind if it took longer as its so entertaining to watch from inside the vehicle. Nothing like other car washes Ive been to. The staff are friendly and are good workers. The free vacuums are a HUGE plus as Im kinda messy, so I come by to use them at least a few times a week. $1 for 4 minutes at Kwik Star - where the vacuums may or may not work, to varying degrees - is too much money and not enough time to thoroughly vacuum my car. I think Im going to go hit the vacuum at Tommys now actually. Thanks guys!

This is an amazing place. The assistant manager Andrew Thompson, has wonderful customer service and he is very pleasant. He sold my mom and I memberships, and he did it well. It is quite clear he’s good at his job.The prices are fabulous and you really get more than what you pay for.

First of all, I enjoyed the service and experience of Tommy’s Express car wash. I want to give them a higher star rating. With that said, here’s why I only gave them a two... I paid for the monthly service and on the last day of the service, I chose to switch from monthly to pay per use as I didn’t want to charged for the new month. I went to enjoy one final wash before my month ended. I found out the next day I was charged for the pay per use even though it was washed within the service period. I went to Tommy’s and asked about it. They “apologized” and there was nothing they could do and the explanation was because I paid for my month on the first day at 6 pm and I went in after 8pm on the last day... that they go by the hour/day versus going by the calendar day. I reviewed the FAQ’s on their website and i couldn’t find that answer anywhere.

This is a great car wash. I like that the vacuums are free with wash. They also have floor mat cleaning machines. I have never seen them before.

Good service. Sometimes their internet doesnt work properly but they compensate you for your lost time.

Very friendly staff, cash wash goes very quick and efficient. Vacuums are sub par :-( I went home and finished the vacuuming myself.

It’s a regular automated car wash spot. The staff are great, but I have to say, there’s nothing like having people actually wash your car! And they don’t provide internal cleaning services.

Ive been dedicated to miracle for my whole life but the price the fact I can vacuum myself do it right sold me. I feel bad but money is money and I work for it so better spent at Tommys ;) and I would say they could dry cars better thats my only bad opinion about them I have at least 3 for miracle. Sorry not sorry. The drying was the only reason you got 4:stars but I absolutely your wash.

Best carwash around here. Its fast & does a good job. With the monthly plan we go a few times a week to get the salt & sand off plus our kids love going through to watch the octopus & tornadoes wash our vehicles!

First weekend of open but they are quick and the wait time was minimal they offer monthly package deals at various levels and also a pay as you go or use their app option. Did a nice job on the cars exterior and was nicely done. I took advantage of their monthly plan and we will see how that plays out.

What a great idea for a car wash. Wash your car as much as necessary for one monthly price. Vacuums are easy to access and do a great job. I would recommend this business to anyone who has a car to baby and keep clean.

Stopped in this morning. Being a TommyClub member, just zipped right up to the ‘App’ gates and was let right on through. Didn’t have to wait in line. Wash did a phenomenal job on my car! Have yet to use the vacuums or mat washes, but very satisfied with the result!

I wish I could give a lower rating, I had been going there once a week, no problems, but last time though there blower equipment damage my truck and they will do nothing about it, it was clearly there equipment problem. So warning to all that goes there. I did talk with the site leader, he more or less brushed it off and is not going to filed a claim with corporate, So this is why I will tell everyone that I know NOT to go to Tommys car wash, This company will not admit that it was there equipment failure, I watched the video of the truck going thru and what happened.

I love Tommys Express, actually I just got back from there. Really convenient to just pull in and the gate raises. I continue on and put my car in neutral and go through the wash. The vaccum is free as well as their floor mat shampooer.Also the staff is friendly.

Had hundreds of bugs left on my truck grill and windshield after doing the $11 wash. After talking to others, they said the only one that works is the $19 one. So if youre not willing to pay $19 every time you get a wash, dont waste your money on the cheaper options.

My car was covered with sap and tree leaves. They were very friendly and professional. I highly recommend getting your car washed from them.

Your carwash pushed another car into the back of mine, when mine didnt roll away at the end. They said its my fault your belt didnt stop, and pushed another car into me. Not very safe.

A little pricey, but quick. Didnt take advantage of vacuum cleaner and it still costs $19.00. Nice to have a clean car!

Best carwash in the cedar valley by far. Free vacuums and floormats washers are the best.My truck has deep dish 22s and this is the only automatic carwash that actually gets them clean.I have multiple vehicles and they all get the Tommys treatment at least once a week.

I went for a car wash, they were offering free car was for a month, they took my phone from me, signed up for it, told me I would NOT be charged until the first time I came, after the free month expired, I have not been there, but they put an unauthorized charge through in my credit card for $42, will not reverse the charge, so I have to file a dispute with my Credit card. I will NOT ever go back, WORST customer service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
