Very helpful place the work they do for the kids is so great

This office doesnt seem to do much for the child and the parent is not allowed to be apart of the session. My child is 7 years old and when asked all he seems to report is that he plays the whole time. The medical doctors are not available due to restricted schedules and the receptionists tend to do the bare minimum. This office seems more of a better fit for older children or parents who dont have morning obligations such as school or work. They seem to be nice people but I was just not seeing any progress with my son for the length of time he has been coming to the office. Definitely feel like these issues are more specific to the waterbury office staffing.

Great place to be! My childs counselor was such a great help. My word of advice is to see the signs of your children and always get them help. Never sugar coat it or cover it up youre only going to hurt them as adults. Me taking my son to counseling weekly was the best decision I ever made!

Good people, but Id never tell anyone to go here. It seemed that due to the State Programs​ and the constant change within those programs along with staff turnover you spend more time learning the news​ clinicians name, filling out some new form or why the last info you where given wasnt correct. In 6 visits we has 3 different APRNs that didnt look nor care what the other put in medical history. Sad though because you could see there are people there that truly want to help others.

The counselors here are fantastic and always go the extra mile. Highly recommend

Sweet nice smiles far from professional, like any State agency they will cover each other back and settle for politeness lol. My son was abused in school and I have proof and the case worker prefer to smile and kep milking our money and time. after a phone call from her to the school, I had to sign a paper giving her permission-she was fresh enough to omit info from me from the bs conspiracy between her and school worker. Also my perfect mentally healthy son who was just being a normal kid by her bs online 1 month degree, ITS VERY VERY SICK WITH SQUIZOFRENIA AND MANY OTHER DISABILITIES
