Very polite and very helpful to the community

Person in charge (Diana Mendez) is rude, yells at the elderly people and mistreats them. My grandparents were kicked out and threatened for trying to stand up for their rights, as they were being gravely mistreated. DO NOT GO HERE. They plan on putting in a formal complaint with the state.
