Last week I took my 2009 car, 224,000 miles, to Superior Transmission due to transmission problems and very happy I did. Ralph is upfront, friendly, honest and knowledgeable. Ralph communicated in detail about the work that needed to be performed. At Ralphs suggestion the technicians performed a vehicle evaluation which resulted in additional needed repairs which were then performed in a timely, reasonable cost and professional manner. Vehicle is running excellent now.

I highly recommend Superior transmission for Emissions testing. This is the Only place I will use. They are very professional. I was in and out in 10 minutes. They are very friendly. I never have a problem when I go there. They are very trustworthy.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Brought in my 2008 ford suv for a transmission issue. The owner initially told me a price of $2500 for a used transmission plus labor. Then when the work was done the bill was over $4500 dollars because of the labor and some other issues they found. I found the price to be too much! But I paid it because I ask the owner to fix everything that needed to be fixed. They kept my vehicle there for months! Like 3 months for this work. Once I finally got the car back, i had to bring it back within two weeks because it was making a weird sound and was leaking fluid and they told me to bring it back another day because they were too busy! When i brought it back they kept it for over a week and then tried to charge me $400 more dollars and I told them this should be covered under the work they did the last time that they charged me almost $5000 dollars! After arguing with the owner about this he ended up giving me a discount and only charged me a little over $100. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I AM VERY DISAPOINTED WITH MY EXPERIENCE WITH SUPERIOR TRANSMISSION!

Went for a diesel emmisions test. They are the only operation that is able to preform this test in my area. I called about 30 minutes ahead and they held my spot in line. I was in and out. No issues everyone was very nice.

Emissions. I went in for 9 am was immediately taken care of in and out in 15 minutes. Was worried I might not pass due to a check engine light from a couple days ago linked to transmission issues. Light was off after fire stone looked at it (no repairs). 2 days later all pass. Be aware emissions is cash only here.

Took my 2003 Land Rover Discovery for transmission fluid change. Excellent job Ralph and company! Other transmission places I called didnt want to touch it without me going through hoops. Ralph and his staff are PHENOMENAL and everyone is extremely polite and knowledgeable. Even while short staffed, they were able to get my 03 Elantra that needed extensive TLC in and out in less than 48 hours (Replaced timing belt + rollers, water pump, thermostat, flushed radiator, spark plugs, O2 sensor, heater core unclog). I was looking for an honest, experienced, and reasonably priced mechanic and Ralph and his team ensured that I had the most positive experience possible. Thank you!!

Great place & Excellent Service!!

I brought my 2006 Jeep in for a starting issue, all indications pointed to a bad ignition switch. After bringing it to Ralph and his team he got to the bottom of the problem which ended up being an after market automatic starting unit that went bad and was causing the jeep to randomly not start. I am thankful to Ralph and his team for figuring out the problem. The labor pricing was very reasonable and I highly recommend Superior Transmission to take care of all your auto issues they dont just fix transmissions they fix everything.

Honestly to give this service anything higher then zero stars is just unreal to me. I walk in get told 30 minutes there are 3 people ahead of you fast forward an hour and a half later and my emissions still wasn’t done. I understand things happen however this was because of their faulty system where people come in and wait and others decide they wanna come back later get told 20 minutes and then get pushed ahead of those people who are truly waiting. I will never be back here for emissions. It’s not fair to me nor to anyone else who actually waits!

Should of listen to the comments not to come here biggest mistake I REPEAT DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE took my car here my transmission was acting funny so they said I needed new one so I got a used one for 2600 month in a half later did the same thing I brought it back they said my transmission cooler line was leaking and low fluid so moral of the story they filled it up and waited till it was low again so I had to come back scammed me out my money when all it was was a leak low fluid and that was another 400 bucks. Zero stars

STAY AWAY! I went to Superior for a simple emissions test. After a simple pass, mechanic Joseph broke my drive window button. I saw it as soon as I went home. Went back about the situation, owner Ralph DAvino (extremely rude btw) right away refused to acknowledge the situation. He says well all we do is drive in and out. We wont touch windows. His mechanic comes in 5 seconds and admits they test windows as well. Joseph said well the window wouldnt go down. Ralph says Sorry but I cant help you. Your mechanic just admitted he broke my button. My window doesnt go up anymore. How can you not assist me with the situation. I was told to leave. PLEASE STAY AWAY. Dont do business with dishonest people

Transmission breaks down on me within 1 month and when I go back he tells me I found water in the transmission so the warranty is no longer valid, if you want me to fix it then pay me $1000 more. Seriously folks this really is what happened. This guy is the absolute nightmare we all dread running into when we get our car fixed and he does it like hes done it a thousand time before. If this review could stop one person from getting screwed like I did then Ive done my job. Unbelievable that someone could so blatantly scam someone at a business that has been around for a long long time.

I spent $500 because my car failed emissions test and I wanted to repair it so my car can passed emissions. My car was worked for a week but I drove the car for only two days before the car messed up, I called the shop several times and husband too but we never get chance to talk to him and get nerver returned our phone calls, I am thinking he knew he did something bad to my vechicle. So stay away from him

Good place if you want to add unnessary stress in your life. Had a small prob with my car they messed my entire wiring system and hand over the keys after a month with a huge amount so basically mr raph so call president of this company charged me for messing up my car.They dont even know how to fix the cars. Great place with friendly people, I put in a used transmission with a 6 month warranty, had a problem with it and took it back and the problem was fixed no questions asked, the prices are fair and I would certainly recommend them to a friend or family.

Went to get my emissions done and the mechanic giving the test couldnt establish a connection to get a read on for the for the diagnostic. So instead of taking the 10 seconds to pull the connector out they failed me. Will be at go back!
