Wonderful experience!! Automania is the best!! I was without a vehicle and recently purchased a used car. It would have taken 3 to 4 weeks before I could register this car at the DMV. I called to inquire about when the earliest appointment available was that I could register my vehicle. He said come right now! Other places I checked had a week to three weeks wait for an appointment. It was so easy and the owner was so pleasant to work with. His wife was behind the scene making things run smoothly also. With the Covid 19 and the latest snow storm in Litchfield CT (and the surrounding areas) on December 17, 2020, I was severely hampered in my ability to register a used vehicle I had purchased from a private party. DMV closed that day and the earliest follow-up appointment was in January 2021. Despite the storm, Mr. DElia went over and above what could have been reasonably expected to registered my vehicle (as an agent of the CT DMV) and provide me with the needed license plates and registration. I just got a car registered there. I called first and Vinny ran thru it with me over the phone to make sure I had it right so I didn’t drive up there for nothing. I Needed to get new plates for a rebuilt title mdx. Vinny was very knowledgeable about the rules, requirements and how to go about getting it done. I never bought a car here but when the plandemic hit the dmv was almost non existent. So the dmv decided to let dealerships register vehicles for the public despite the fact they were not purchased there. GREAT! You’d think but every dealership on the list provided by the dmv that I called either said were booked up or never returned my call. Then some new dealers were added to the list and called them with the same result. I called Automania at 745 yesterday got voicemail and hung up. 5 minutes later my phone rang and it was them. I explained the situation and I was registered by 930 the next morning. I had to drive from Sharon to Waterbury and it was well worth it. I honestly don’t know how long this would have taken otherwise. None of the dealers are really making any money off this and I just really appreciate them giving their time and energy to accommodate the public with a service so badly needed.

Called for appointment, tells ms to text him . No response. No customer service. Now he says water main break. Funny how he also said if I had no luck at these dealers, to text him for an appointment. Could have just said sorry, unavailable.

Ended up getting completely different car than I went to look at and very impressed with what I got for the price and I plan to go get a second one in the near future from same place .

Nick is a very knowledgeable mechanic I reccomend him highly, and he is also a great guy !!

This guy has a horrible attitude. He needs to go back to business school to learn the basics. He was trying to sell me a personal car meaning one NOT from his business, would not budge on the price which is fine hes allowed to ask for whatever he wants (which was $600 ABOVE Nada value) but when I told him I was no longer interested he then became argumentative and told me I was a Car Flipper which i see hes done to others on the reviews. Truth be told he just sucks. Dont waste your time dealing with someone who cant handle rejection! He thought he was going to get over on me and when he learned he wasnt he became real nasty👎👎👎
