Sent my truck in for service for running roughly and they had the car for 3 days while they fixed nothing. Billed me $1500 for a 7 hour diagnosis And changed a hose that they broke which leaked fuel out everywhere. When I picked up my truck it started and ran for 10 seconds after that it shut off. My truck was in better condition when I left it there than when I got it back.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. After employee, or the owner, (didnt care to ask, if your hiring men this angry and narcissistic then your guilty as a business owner also) threatened violence against me, a female, and LITERALLY ASSAULTED MY CAR (lol cant make this up, my car was seriously kicked) this entitled mouth breather got so FRUSTRATED that I had a diff opinion on how my car was crappily fixed, that he seriously turned to violence. There are plenty of good business in Waterbury, this is not one of them. Seriously avoid this place. Its in a nasty area where you wouldnt want your car parked outside at night anyways. And the towing part?!?!? Females, have pepper spray on you if you need this company to tow you. STAY AWAY. I will be filing a complaint with BBB about this places conduct also. Sorry baby but just because Im a female doesnt mean you can try and get one over me! If your a female and feel like having a really horrible, assaulty, experience, then come here! But have a male with you so they dont try and charge you an extra 1,438$. Awful place. Awful awful awful
