The reason Im giving them 2 stars is because of the treatment they give you once youve bought the vehicle and how they treat you when you need it taken care of while still under their warranty. I purchased full price did not finance. While I was there for the purchase of course all good very polite and very professional.as soon as we took the car back due to sound coming from front of vehicle it was hell. they acted like we were bothering, they treated us like they did not care, we were sent to the shop next door and they had us on a back and forth just to get car in shop.when they finally did the car needed over 900$ in repairs, once finished I asked for the invoice and they refused to give me one and stated that I needed to go back to dealer to get one.They spoke to us as if what they had just done to the car didnt need to be fixed & paid for by dealership THAT THEY DID US A FAVOR!!! We go back to dealer once again, a few days after due to a valve on left front tire and that was another issue, to the point a staff member stated that he didnt have to do this meaning fix the tire. They are very unprofessional and rude. When they should be providing a better care of customer not only during purchase but also while still under their WARRANTY. I CERTAINLY WILL NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER AGAIN AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND.

I went in to look and gotta say to start the way youre treated is very good. No sales people jumping on you. Good place to go take a look. If I choose to buy Ill update then. 👍

I bought a car from them, the process was mostly transparent, I did have to ask what the DOC fee was going to be but other than that there was no BS price shuffling, I wasnt 4 squared and the things I requested be taken care of before the sale were taken care of. They took care of getting me third party financing at a reasonable rate. It has been over a month and the car is still running well.

I purchased my son his first car here and picked it up July 13, 2019. I decided to go with the Subaru legacy. I’ve always have a Subaru and they are super dependable in the winter. Mike was amazing! Very knowledgeable. The second week of September my son experienced a breakdown with the car. I called Mike and he immediately sent a flatbed to my residence to pick up the car. I live north of Watertown. They replace three major parts! After we took the car back, two days later there was another issue. I called Mike, explained what was happening, and he sent somebody to pick up the car. It was a minor fix and the dealership fixed it! I can’t say enough good things about National Auto Brokers. Mike explain to me the part that needed to be replaced. Mike went above and beyond. I have searched over two months for a car for my son. I wanted something safe as he is a first time driver, and, I wanted to know that I can always call the dealer should something happen. I absolutely picked the right place to purchase this car! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone!!! I bought a car from them a month later my oil light came on the car was low on oil he never brought the car in for a oil change! like they said they would they dont have there own machines and that one month warranty he gives you youll be lucky to get your car back in 2 weeks or you will get the famous line saying there is nothing wrong with the car!!!

I wish I could leave 0 stars. I went to this dealership about 25 minutes away from where I live. Talked to a man on the phone the day before about coming and checking out a 2010 Mazda 6 isport. The man on the phone told me to come in the next day to check it out so I did just that. I get there and right off the bat I’m not even greeted but a man tells me in the worst attitude that he didn’t have the car. I proceeded to ask why they would tell me to come all the way here if they didn’t have the car and he tells me I don’t know what to tell you I sold it to my friend. So unprofessional. So rude. I will never recommend this to place to my worst enemy. Do yourself a big favor and don’t buy your car here.

NAB is an outstanding dealership to work with. I dealt extensively with Ed during my car purchase and even afterwards when I had questions with my vehicle. These guys are an asset to the community and I highly recommend looking at these guys first when you go to purchase a vehicle.

Long story short not a bad place I brought a car so far so good. However prior to buying it it was a dirty on the roof panel in the interior. Went to buy it figured it would be cleaned and it wasnt. Driving away after buying it seatbelt wont buckle. I ended up cleaning the interior with a 5$ bottle from AutoZone. And eventually they did fix the seat belt buckle. After saying they ordered a new one. So aside from that I think they couldve made more effort into really taking care of the customer and the car they sell. The seat belt is a safety concern by far and shouldve been on a punch list to check. I would highly recommend you thoroughly go the car and address any concerns.But overall the people seemed nice as any salesman should.

I love my SUV that I bought a month ago and when it got warmer out I noticed the AC needed a refill, they were great no questions asks took me in the next day. Would definitely recommend them.

Simple purchase experience. Did dealer financing there with Louis in and out in 3 hours with trading my Subaru in for Mazda Tribute. I highly recommend good friendly people and no pressure sales.

Very good to sell, but very bad to fulfill the guarantee. They sold me a lemon for a GMC 2011 Model Acadia bus. It was returned many times by the altenador, then the starter, the battery, electrical problems and to complete the engine on 2 occasions. I do not recommend them to my worst enemy.

Bought a 2009 VW TDI a month ago, great price, great car....I am very pleased with it!! I bought a 2012 vw Passat sel from national auto broker in 2016About t 2 months later I was having trouble stopping i took it to the vw dealer to get a brake flush and oil changeThey told me the brake and rotors where new but who ever put them on put brake grease on the face of the brake so when the brake and rotor heat up I cause it to not gripPlus found out that the steering rack it brokenI called N.A.B the owner told me I need to get a second opinion and they would not even fix itI would never recommend them to any oneThey are crooksWhat I know now if I knew then I would have called the bbb on them.

Called to set up a test drive and show up to the sales guy b.s.ing with some guys on the side of the building and told me that I wouldnt get approved for financing without checking into anything. Didnt test drive and just took off. Everyone who says no pressure selling is right because that would mean they would actually have to work. Complete bs and waist of time.

Great people to deal with that stands by their vehicles, no games, straight up guys that puts quality 1st. !

This was the only place I could get approved for a car, they sold me a car that had structural damage from a previous accident they didnt tell me about. It constantly needs an alignment because of this. I tried to trade it in somewhere else but they wouldnt take it except for scrap because of the damage. There was also several electrical issues, like the giant live wire in the trunk and the blinkers that dont tick, that they thought wasnt a problem.

Friendly people prices are a bit High but I bought a vehicle from last year Ive had nothing but problems with it only a year it lasted I paid a pretty good amount of money for it now Im out for that money
