I had previously gone to Town Fair Tire in Southington for a wheel balance and an alignment but was still feeling shaking in my steering wheel so I have a friend take a look, he was able to take all the lug nuts out of one tire BY HAND because the incompetence of an employee who obviously had no care for me or my safety.I brought my tires to Tony’s at 5:50 didn’t realizing they were about to close and they still took my tires and balanced them quickly and efficiently, my steering wheel no longer shakes. I appreciate a business who treats their customers like family with fair prices and employees who go the extra mile.

Wouldn’t go anywhere else, this is my second time here.I have a C3500 utility truck (9’ tall & heavy). I was looking fir a shop who could do and alignment the place I went to was charging me 1,700 for alignment and supposedly some parts that needed to be replace so I came here and got the alignment done for “ONLY $100 BUCKS” truck ran perfect “GREAT JOB”. Second time I came back cause I had a flat tire on the same truck which used G load range tires I called someone who wanted $700 for 2 tires cabe here she got all 6 tires (4 rear & 2 front) for $1,300. That’s a fair price to me, came back the next day because the truck was jerking on low speed. The guys took care of it in a heart beat.Thank you all !!!

Dont do it, all they care about is taking your money,but once something goes bad, they will not fix it or replace it, so just being honest so others dont fall for they false advertising.

It was my first experience thereThey fix my flat tire and did wheels rotation for me for free, the service was fast it took me 20 minutes waiting only, I highly recommend this shop.

They told me the price included alignment, which I found out that it didnt after my two front tires wore down in 4 weeks. They refused to help me when I went back with the worn tires. Ignored me standing there for 10 min. When I asked y they wouldnt tell me about my tires needing alignment they said that wasnt their job. Ill never go back.

The people at Tonys bailed us out of a major problem with a nail in our tire right before leaving for a road trip. They fit us in right before closing and fixed the problem quickly. They were very nice and we will definitely bring our cars back!

Had gotten a flat tire right around the area and this place had happened to be very close so thinking I got lucky to have that happen so close to a tire shop I drove my car there on the flat tire but when I pulled up I got out and nobody would speak to me they were all ignoring me and when I finally found someone that would simply even acknowledge my existence I had told them I got a flat tire and needed either it fixed or a new one and without even looking at my tire he had told me that they can’t help me and had just told me to get out of there very rudely, very confused because I’m pretty sure a tire shop is there to help you when you have a flat tire

Tonys is a great little shop. Work is good and very reasonable. It can take some time there because they do draw in the people. But the have a waiting area with TV. So you can kill some time there.

Popped 2 tires after hitting a pothole and was stranded on the highway. Before tow truck arrived i called many tire shops and most were completely booked and had no openings. I finally found one but they didnt know how many days that it would take to fix my car. AAA flatbed arrived and driver suggested Tonys so i decided why not. Turns out the place is great and had the tires in stock and got me back on the road in about an hour !! They were busy but just managed to fit me in and were quick and experienced. I highly recommend this place !!

We were referred to Tonys by several people and were glad we listened and checked it out. We called around to several shops before choosing Tonys who offered us the best deal and customer service. They ordered and received our 4 tires the same day and we were in and out of their within an hour. The waiting area was a plus and great for us since my husband and I had our 2 young children with us.

Went in for a wheel alignment they did a great job and were very professional. Had a few questions and you can tell they knew their stuff. Plus their prices are very reasonable

We were traveling cross country & had already had a flat tire repaired in Maine. Started losing air so used Google to go to Tonys. They took us right in, checked the tire & determined it was just a loose valve which they fixed. No charge & we were back on the road in 30 minutes. Great people!!!

Should’ve gone to Tony’s from the beginning. They got me right in quick and easy to fix it and got me back on the road. Family owned and operated business. Knowledgeable staff. Inexpensive!

This place has probably the best prices around on any tire service that you can possibly think of and thats a fact. However recently I had my front tires balanced, and the interior of my car is tan leather my shift knob was completely black covered in as well as my armrest that grease stains on it and my driver side door panel. I did not bother to bring it to anyones attention this is the second time this has happened at this location.

Tire was losing air. It cost me $70 to straighten the rim, which is what they said was causing the problem. Tire light kept coming back on; I had to come back two additional times before they discovered a nail in the wheel well. Wait times were crazy and I couldnt make an appointment. Had to pay an additional $112 for a brand new tire. These prices seem a little high to me, especially the rim straightening, but I was desperate for a fix.

Top notch guys. I dropped my wifes car off with her to have a slow leak checked in one of her tires I had found. They informed us that it was a bad tire sensor monitor and they they could replace it but it would cost around $60, or they could just replace it with a normal tire air valve stem, but the tire low air light would remain on. Seeing as that her car is 10 years old and the tire light is on all of the time anyways, due to it being so sensitive that a drop of only 2-3 pounds seems to trigger it, we opted for the normal valve stem. When we arrived to pick it up a little while later, ( we were out shopping while it was being done) they said there was no charge! We we very pleasantly surprised by this service! Needless to say I will be going there to buy my next set of tires for my vehicle in the spring and will continue to use them and recommend others as well. When someone does right by me I make sure to give them my business.

Well worth the wait! First come first serve no appointment necessary. This crew does honest great job. I have brought them wrong sized tires before to have them mounted and they worked with me to help me get the right ones and not make a bad mistake damaging my car. I called ahead and spoke to Tony for a quote to mount 18 inch tires with the information requested.When I arrived I confirm with the clerk at the counter.....confirmedAfter the installation I was charged an additional $20.00 for the installation.After leaving their shop the car felt like it had a low tires. I check the tires, the pressure varied 7 lbs out of four tires.They mounted the tires fast but the attention to detail and being overcharged wouldnt have me going back.

This place is a sham. I called for a quote on one used tire, to replace a flat. The gentleman that I spoke with asked me how many tires I needed I told him one. He repeated what I said paused and said Uhhh,$400. I said Wait, $400, I just need one tire. He said it would be $400 for all the tires to be changed. I said I only needed one, he then asked for the size told me to call him back in 10 minutes so he could check to see if they have it. When I called back he said they didnt have it and hung up. Poor customer service and theyre only out to get money from their customers. Would not recommend.

I honestly wouldn’t recommend anyone to spend there money here. Best off going somewhere else!! Went & got new tires with a alignment, after they were done my alignment was off so I brought it back to get it fixed and the dude tells me my struts are shot ( which they weren’t ) so I leave and go get my suspension checked on and they me everything is fine I just need to change my bushing on the back of my car which was causing a squeaking noise. I call tony at the shop and let him know what happened and this dude literally just started screaming over phone telling me off. Telling me he isn’t married to my car just because he just installed some tires to my car, all I told him is I wanted my car aligned the right way & he wasn’t trying to cooperate.

Their service is second to NONE. I’m in and out just like that.

I went to this shop to get a highspeed balancing of 4 wheels and a wheel alignment. The counter person (Anthony) who offered to help with my inquiry gave me a price of $115.00, to high speed balance 4 wheels and a 4 wheel alignment. The price with tax included was $122.30. Heres the thing. Their posted price for a 4 wheel alignment is $65.00, my vehicle can only take a front 2 wheel alignment. No price was posted for a 2 wheel alignment. Balancing was not quoted separately from the alignment. At the time of payment I had to explicitly request an invoice. The one I received wasnt even itemized. Problem #1, I should have been told what the price for balancing was. Problem #2, I should have been told what the price for the alignment was for my vehicle. Never did Anthony mention that my vehicle could only have a front wheel alignment. Is it cheaper for a 2 wheel as opposed to 4 wheel alignment? Im not sure but, logically, youd think so. If you patronize this shop. Be very sure you find out up front the cost of every aspect of the service your vehicle needs. And do tell them you want an itemized bill. Buyer beware!

DO NOT GO HERE. I purchased 4 brand new tires for my 06 nissan on a Saturday afternoon. When leaving Tonys I noticed my rear driver side tire looked a little low but I didnt think much of it- figured they didnt put enough air in it- no big deal. I drive the car straight home and park it in my driveway which is behind my house and has virtually no way of foot traffic to it (this is important). When I woke up Sunday morning to visit my parents I noticed that the same tire was much lower- it clearly had some kind of leak from when I left Tonys. I carefully drive over to my parents house where my father has a compressor and when I park the car I can hear air pouring out of it. I located a hole on the SIDE OF THE TIRE- clearly no nail or anything I did in my short drive home caused this. I could have been in a terrible accident had my tire blown out!I call Tonys tires on that Sunday to let them know the situation (they were closed so I left a message) and ask them to call me back since I knew I had a busy week at work and wouldnt be able to reach them until Thursday the earliest. They never call me back. My father (who had purchased tires from them for years as a business owner) took my car over there to explain what had happened and they said they wouldnt help us out because someone had clearly stabbed my tire!!! I couldnt believe they would try to pull something like this! My father explained the situation again and they wouldnt budge. The experience made me sick to my stomach, these crooks shouldnt be in business.

The staff was friendly but preoccupied within their employee circle. Due to the lateness of the day the wait was long but our tire worker did a quick as he could and good job. I was overcharged by office staff, but when brought to their attention I was given a credit right away.
