I found J&F Auto by accident while looking for a used car. I was skeptical at 1st but the reviews were stellar and I decided Id give them try and see what happens. Well, they were as good as advertised! The service, patience and understanding I was given when purchasing my car from J&F Auto was nothing short of OUTSTANDING. They were polite, knowledgeable and friendly. Any issue with the car was quickly sorted out and dealt with to my liking in order for my to drive away a satisfied customer. I brought my mini van in for some brake issues, and let me tell you, the staff overall is wonderful - very professional, careful, and very communicative with what the vehicle’s main needs are. The only way to get them to hold a vehicle is a 500 dollar non refundable deposit. Which Im not gonna do without talking to someone. Nobody there to talk to Saturday. Finally got them to call me at 5:10pm on Monday night sold it out from under me on Tuesday morning.

I needed a new truck for my growing family & J&F made me feel like they were a part of it. I showed So much consistent interest in the Silverado they had for sale that made me feel like I was a priority. I drove 7 hours overnight through 5 states and was NOT disappointed.There were certain cosmetic issues the vehicle had that by the time I had arrived couldn’t even be noticed. Melissa and Jack are amazing! My husband and I bought a truck from them. It was such and easy process we applied (Monday)for financing got approved was told that we need to sign all the papers on Tuesday and we could pick up the truck on Wednesday. They surprised us and on Tuesday when we went to sign the papers they handed us the keys and off we went.They were so great that we are even switching to them as our mechanic even though we are 45minutes away. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I am not criticizing their abilities as mechanics. When they fix your car, they do a thorough and great job. However, their overall customer service and communication is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. The car was dropped off for a check engine light - which they said could come back on after the first time we did business with them. The light came back on and we dropped it off. We had to wait WEEKS to get the car back. They did not call us once to update us. If we did not have a second car, are we supposed to pay for a rental for that time? Ive dealt with numerous mechanics and theyve always called me with updates and at LEAST inspected the car during the first or second day. Its completely unacceptable to wait weeks for a check engine light issue. We will be taking our business to anyone else if it comes back on. Good mechanics, but you may have to wait 10 years for a brake pad. Rental car dealers must make a fortune off their slow service.

If I could I would give them 0 stars, but that’s not an option. Would not recommend buying a vehicle from this place even to my worst enemy...I bought a truck from them and within a week of owning the truck it needed a new head gasket due to one of there backyard mechanics drilling into the water jackets, when they replaced the manifold right before I bought it. Brought it back to get fixed, for free of course, then within the next 2 weeks of owing it it’s been in and out of multiple car repair shops getting other things fixed on it that they should have done. Replacing o2s camshaft censors, and a bunch of wiring issues that they caused by ghetto-rigging all the wiring to the door and the radio causing the battery to always die. If I had the time and energy I’d call the state and report them for scamming there clients and they probably don’t even have certified mechanics working on the vehicles. If you want a car from this place your better off taking your money and lighting it on fire instead. Terrible experience, there’s much more i can say just don’t have the time to type anymore.

Jake Freitas its not a man of his word he dont stand by his work. Stay away from this place. Scammer, scathing, they use junk parts to try to fix your car, they charged me to replace the heater core i found out they didnt change it they used the same one and damaged my air conditioning, untrustworthy, unprofessional. What goes around comes around...

Brought my ‘03 Tundra to J&F when Dowling told me it would cost $7000 to get it fixed to pass emissions, these guys did it for $1000 and I had it back within 4 days of dropping it off, they even took it through emissions for me. Couldn’t be more satisfied with their service; I’ll be bringing all of my vehicles there from now on, and I’m not even local!

When my vw gti broke down I called AAA to have it towed, the driver said he did not want to flatbed the car because it was too low. I got a whole of Jack “Sunday morning” and he had his guys with his flatbed pick up my car with no problem and repaired it at a very reasonable price. I bought a car from Jack a couple of years ago and had great luck with it, he’s a good and honest guy and would highly recommended him for sales or service.

So I’ve been looking for a specific for a while now and every dealership I’ve gone 2 has always took there time and never seemed interested in customer service. Before coming here I placed a phone call to see if the car was still available which it was, and they quickly asked if I would like to come on in and test drive the vehicle I told him I can be there in 10 minutes they said they would have the vehicle upfront ready to go. So once I arrived Jack was already waiting. We went on the test drive and returned and that same night my wife and I filled out the paper work That needed to be done. Melissa Had found us a bank immediately the next day which wasn’t the easiest since we already have a auto loan out. 2 days within me test driving the car I am picking it with everything handled. So if you’re into customer service I highly recommend them....

They Have great looking cars but there cars are no good. I wouldn’t shop there ever again, my car is been in and out the shop since I bought it. I only had the car for 10 months, and they don’t help with cost repairs. I told them I wanted the warranty, which they never offered, but because the type of car and the year I have they don’t offer warranty, I’m paying for a lemon and repairs.

All went very smoothly and I think I got a good deal on the truck I bought. I asked them to take the truck to a garage of my choosing for and inspection, which they did the next day. I got the inspection report back and there were a few minor issues that they found. I discussed them with J and F, agreed to split the costs (they were minor). They had the car registered for me. They made a mistake and registered it as commercial instead of combination (the Chevy dealer actually gave them the wrong weight) and they corrected it the next day.I was very please and would be happy to deal with them again.

I am still in dispute with this dealer. I purchased a 2004 Chevy 3500hd dually from them only to have blown head gaskets. Its a 5k mechanical repair for damage. The truck is at the dealership and they wont give me my 5200 dollar deposit back. Instead they kindly sent me an email that i owe them 11k in ten days in CASH or i loose my deposit. No consideration for the hard working man. STAY AWAY from this place at ALL costs. i promise you anything they have, can be found elsewhere and with more professionalism.
