Professional and extremely knowledgeable. Had my remote start installed here and its worked perfectly except for one exception which was most likely a fault of my own. Went in to have it fixed and they warrantied it for no charge bc they installed it. I wont go anywhere else for remote starters on any of my vehicles!

This is by far the best and cleanest stereo installation I have ever had done for me. My stereo sounds great and I don’t see a single wire out of place. I brought my new Chevy Cruze to a place that said my car was ‘too new’ to customize so leaving and feeling dejected, I stopped by Kartele as a friend told me they were the best and Mike had no issue with the install. Not only is the service extremely professional but the work performed is as well. I love supporting family owned businesses and am proud to come here. Had a remote starter installed on my Elantra a while back and I was very happy with It especially during this past winter. They were able to use my car key with this added feature so that was a plus but I’ve had to go back twice already because It has not been working properly. It gets fixed works that one day and then goes back to not responding. It’s a bit frustrating at this point. I’m not going to knock them for their service but I’m upset about having wasted money for this issue. I will be going back again soon to see what can be done about It.

I found Kartele through Google as I was looking to upgrade my head unit and speakers in my 1987 Iroc -Z Camaro. I was looking for the best shop I could find as I knew the head unit that I wanted wasnt going to be easy to install. As soon as I walked in, I could tell this shop took pride in their work. The showroom was spotless!! It had very nice displays showing the products that they sell and install. I was greeted by a very nice lady who asked if she could help me.(I later found out her name was chris) I explained what kind of car I had and what I was looking to have done. She went to the install bay and spoke with someone. A couple minutes later a very nice guy(Owner/master installer Mike) came out from the back. I explained to him what I was looking to do. He stopped what he was doing walked with me out to my car to see what the job actually entailed. He didnt even hesitate as he said he could take care of me. We went back inside the shop and we decided on Alpine type S speakers for the front and rear. I felt as though he gave me a very good price for the total job with me knowing it wasnt going to be easy to install the Alpine ILX-W650 which is a double DIN touch screen in a car that doesnt normally fit without modifications. Mike got me in his schedule in less then a week.Once I arrived for my appointment. I was greeted again by Mike who was already speaking to another customer and chris who was behind the counter. Mike pulled my car into his install bay and got to work. He worked on my car for several hours, but let me tell you when he was done the job was perfect!! I am extremely happy with the work he did. The head unit with the speakers pair perfectly together for me.If you are looking for a car audio installer, I 100% recommend Mike at Kartele!! You wont be disappointed. From the beginning to completion Mike did an awesome job installing fog lamps on my 2019 Subaru Legacy. The dealer sold me this car with the understanding that I could install EOM fog lamps after delivery. When Subaru said later that enmy that my car could not accept fog light, and therefore they refused to install, (a weird issue on the 2019 wiring), Mike reassured me that he could take care of this issue for me. Mike fielded ungodly amounts of questions from me even before I decided to take my car to him. No better customer service out there. Definitely go support Mike and the good work he does. So happy with the job and how it came out. Extremely professional and knowledgeable outfit.I would upload a photo but Google is not giving me the option at this moment.

These guys are well educated came to them about an issus after i had an install from another company. Kartele not only fix the issue they went above and beyond with making sure the wire were wired up right and found the mistakes that were made by this other company.

Mike had me wait 3 weeks for an appointment! the day of my appointment i walk in soon as i walk in he goes we sold out of the remote starter no phone call to let me know then he goes maybe ill have them in be a week or two maybe i walked rite out i dont recommend this place at all unless you want to waste your time!!! also i found places with way better prices

Hi have an older Corvette ... a 1990 my stereo system had some problems .. I was sent by another stereo shop to karartele ... cuz they couldnt figure out how to install a stereo ..Soon as I met Michael I felt confident that I was at the right place he has great knowledge in stereos in electronics... Made an appointment for a remote started to be installed on Nov. 17 at 330. Mike gave me a price of 319 if paid by cash. On the day of the appointment I showed up and he had completely forgot he schedule it. He even asked if I’m sure I had an appoint today. He told me he had been working on a prior car and totally forgot to call. If I would be willing to come back later in the evening. I agreed to come back for 530. He told me he would give me a call so that I can start heading toward to shop. I never received the call. I will be going else where for my remote started and will not recommend this place.

I have used Kartele for years. Last month, I needed someone to do an install for a less common item i had purchased. Mike, the new owner who has worked there for years, did the install. He knew exactly what to do, how to do it, it works great. I do highly recommend Kartele for any auto electronic installations.

Horrible customer service. I paid a lot of money for a car starter here and everytime I have a problem with it the guy thats usually there gives me an attitude about it. If you want a car starter get it somewhere else. You will more than likely have problems with it overtime and when you need to get it fixed your going to hate trying to get this guy to fix it. I called last week to make an appointment for the morning and he told me if your here 5 minutes after 9am Im not going to check your car. Then when I went there 15 minutes before 9am he told me that my name wasnt on his list for an appointment. I totally regret going here and I wish I got my starter somewhere else.
