Ive purchased 2 remote car starters from Franks Hi Fidelity after reading good reviews about them on line. I called in to check on my car and they were very pleasant on the phone, they contacted me when it was ready. When I picked up our car, Frank and Jed were there to go over the car, there were issues that were unexpected and they took care of them without any hassle or extra charge. They went above and beyond! They were so nice in explaining everything and they treated me like a good friend, not just another customer. They also sell car audio, back up cameras, and dash cams . I highly recommend them!

I rarely write reviews, but I Must in this case .I went to Frank’s to have Remote car starter placed in my automobile. Frank’s business is run extremely professional. I am very satisfied with the job that they did.When I went to pick my car up everything was explained to me to my satisfaction about my new remote start. I was also having difficulty with my car phone the owner explain to me what was wrong he fixed it great job. Also no charge for the phone fix. Thank you Franks.

Their customer service is above any other I have seen, their attention to detail and knowledge of products and services also are way above others! The will go the extra mile for their customers, new or previous, and I’ve even known them to inconvenience their own private schedules to just accommodate even the most unreasonable customer. Anyone giving them anything less than a 5 star review needs some serious introspection! They have a customer for life with me and my wife!!! For starters, no mask when dealing with customers during a pandemic. Not a one time problem. It’s occurred every time I’ve been there.So, I had an install performed at this shop. Their install caused my battery to repeatedly drain. I came in and asked for assistance on 3 separate occasions because anytime I went anywhere, I had to jumpstart the car.After blaming it on the product and not the installation, I called the product manufacturer and they shipped a replacement. The product was replaced but did not resolve the issue. After telling me to go to another shop for service over a request for a refund, they stated that they moved some wires and that it shouldn’t be a problem.The installation has NOT been a problem since they corrected THEIR mistake. I returned today after being told I’d get free service because of the mix up and they asked me to go to another shop again because I left a poor review on google.Ratings systems exist because shops who do not maintain professionalism can be held accountable in the eyes of the public.In a scenario where you are beholden to a service provider in order to get a car started because of a shoddy installation, there will be understandable frustration. Snapping at a customer because you own the shop and can is poor service.Asking a customer to find a different shop because they called out YOUR shoddy work is disgusting. Apologizing for that, promising a free service and then pulling that back because you were held accountable in public for losing your temper, is reprehensible.

Frank and his crew are great; amazing customer service. I actually drove 45 minutes just to go here instead of driving 5 minutes down the hill from my house to go to another shop who offered the same service. Ill be taking all of my business to Franks from now on.

Do yourself a favor. Stop reading reviews and just go to this place. Service is above and beyond. I was fortunate enough to grab a last minute cancellation spot. Came in with my infant grandson. They hopped right on my automatic car starter installation to move me out as quickly as possible. Even carried the carseat for me! Car starter installed correctly, tutorial given and manual supplied.Frank even took the time to program buttons on remote to more preferable settings! Seriously an awesome experience. If you’re considering using this business just do it. Location a smidge tricky so call if you can’t find it

Frank does great work and it shows! The best part is the lifetime warranty on all of the work that he does. He was the only person willing to work on my car and he even took a loss in pay doing the job. He quoted me 1 day of labor and even though the job took 2 full days, I was still only charged for 1 day of work.Very knowledgeable, offers a wide range of automotive products and great customer service all around.

I heard about Franks Hi Fidelity on Groupon when trying to find a place to get a remote car starter. I picked this place because of the price but would definitely return again because of the customer service. After getting the starter installed, Jesse took the time to personally explain how everything worked to myself and another customer. Both Frank and Jesse are very knowledgeable and provide a great service. Would definitely recommend going to this place.

Great guys over there at frank sci-fi frank and jesse are the best of the best they help me out with my interlock and i went with alcohol detection systems the best provider out there give them a call if you need any 12-volt work or an ignition interlock due to a drunk driving charge

I had 3 CDs jammed in my multiple CD player and Frank charged about 1/2 the price of the 3 other estimates that I received. He also fixed it right on the spot! My remote starter was broken for a few years, and as opposed to telling me to replacing it, he said it was a good unit and did not need to be changed, saving me hundreds of dollars. It was repaired for just a nominal fee.His honesty, integrity and genuine caring about what is best for the consumer stands out above the rest. I dont recommend too many people but I felt compelled to share with you my great experiences with him.

My 2003 truck had a remote start installed years ago. Both key FOBs had gone by the wayside. Went to in to have an updated unit installed. Frank took the time to check my existing unit. He cleaned up a few connections & programmed 2 new FOBs & I was good to go for a fraction of the price. They are the best! I would highly recommend!

I began by looking up Car Audio on Google and Yelp.Franks High Fidelity came up with high marks.I stopped in to see what they had available and possibly make an appointment. Jesse was incredible from start to finish. The 2013 Jeep I bought had a Pioneer radio without a CD player.I have a huge collection of CDs so its a necessity for me to have a CD player in my vehicle. Jesse checked out my system and made a couple suggestions without pushing a hard upsell for their most expensive products.He allowed me to make the decision and he ordered my radio. I brought the Jeep in a week later for the install. While Frank the owner was installing the radio, Jesse took the time to show me everything else they offer in the shop.No crazy upsell. Just a friendly, Heres what we have and keep us in mind for the future.They offer car audio and video systems, car starters, LED head lights, Weathertech products, truck side steps, and they install and service breathalyzer systems in vehicles for DUIs. Very busy niche for Franks.Frank and Jesse went above and beyond to make sure my new Pioneer radio was installed perfectly. 5 stars is the most you can give for most reviews. I give Franks High Fidelity 6 stars.Frank even gave me an extensive tutorial on how to operate the radio. He also said to come back if I have any questions. Now thats great service.
