Within a brief conversation, I was assured and booked for the following day. Nearing the scheduled time of the appointment, an automated text was sent stating the driver was “on their way”. Russell himself shows up - early! The project was assessed and within a minute he leaped into action rigging up. The drivers from Towz R Us who extracted my precariously stuck pick up truck in an absolute downpour did an amazing job. Super professional, knew what they were doing, had me out in a jiffy without causing any damage (it was a bad spot!). Cant recommend these guys enough, I will definitely use them again.

The crew at TowzRUs have been my go to tow company since moving to the valley they handle my obscure projects and valuable classics. I never question their care of my customer or my personal cars. This particular call was towing a very rare 428 Super Marauder. They took the time to tarp and protect my freshly rebuilt engine after having to make a second trip due to the size of the car. Give all your Tow truck drivers extra space and move over too many are being hit. Take care of these guys they take care of us!

He backed it in thru a narrow driveway around a bend and uphill right into its parking spot saving time and aggravation with getting the fork lift running and finding a helper to steer it into place.Recommend them and will continue to call them in the future. Great guy. I had kids with me during winter so it was cold out. First thing he told me was he wasn’t in a rush and was willing to wait for my ride to get there even though the highway was closed due to the accident I was in.

Was sent a text to a link showing driver arrival time with the driver arriiving on time with snow on the ground & 4 degrees outside Jeff arrived had the car door opened in under a minute. From time of arrival to departure was 5 minutes or less. Professional company arriving in a new flatbed truck .

My tire was flat and the driver came out to put on my spare. It was not put on correctly and all give lug nuts came off when I was driving and the whole wheel came off and my rotor hit the road!!! Im so glad I wasnt on the Glenn yet.

I had my drivers side wheel bearing go out tonight. A quick call to the insurance and about 30 minuets later, the tow truck and the traffic truck arrived and went to work. Andy (I believe that is his name) gave us a ride home. He was kind, and great with my niece. Holy moly. You could not ask for a better driver. I felt safe and relaxed. The ford tow truck he was driving was also really nice. The passenger seat was extremely comfortable. And it sure beat the heck out of the Dodge I was driving tonight. 😉 Andy parked the dodge exactly where I asked him to and he explained the whole process to my niece because she was so thrilled to watch. My driver was Jeff. He drove all the way out to sutton to rescue my dead jeep. It couldnt have been more than 30 mins after I got off the phone, that he had already arrived. He was very professional, and more than accommodating. I would recommend this company to anyone.

An experience that could have been a total nightmare turned into a manageable and somewhat enjoyable journey, because of this company, and their driver STAN. He was considerate, courteous, and most importantly, very friendly to my dog. He let her ride in the van with us, which relieved a great part of my stress, because we spent all day driving to my destination. He was also a very safe driver - I felt no qualms about putting my life on the dangerous drive through the mountains. I cannot day enough how much I appreciate this company, and especially Stan the driver.

$450 to tow the truck 12 miles. Then bcuz I didnt have enough money till payday, they said $1200 when I got paid and they would auction it off with a $1000 minimum, so basically stole my truck!!! For some crazy women calling the cops.

Ill be the first to admit I dont know much about towing companies and their charges but; yes we had a reasonably fatal response yet when I had called to get a quote we were quoted $85 from the target parking lot to a destination only 3.1 miles away and when discussing the final price the tow truck driver tied to claim it was a $120 charge. The driver said he was short on sleep due to work which is extremely understandable however Id just like for an improved communication between the driver and dispatch. The driver ended up giving us the $85 charge imstead after explaining the situation. Other than that though, the driver and dispatch were extremely courteous especially for me being a very inexperienced caller for towing so I would recommend them so long as you make sure you remember the quote price versus actual price and to track the actual mileage of how far your vehicle is being towed.

Needed a Medium sized wrecker to get my toyota out of a 80 foot drop embankment. Worked with Jeff and he was able to get my car out of the embankment and back to Anchorage in the middle of the night. Cant say enough about this company. Thank you.
