Tow Truck Jesus saved me a few weeks ago after I lost the only set of keys to my car. Not only was he able to get it onto the tow truck while it was parked in the most inconvenient spot, but he was able to open the door, disarm the alarm and pop the trunk so I could get my things out of the back. I dont get things towed often, but I tell you what, I wont be calling anyone else to do it! Super quick to call back, efficient, knowledgeable and he straight up was Tow Truck Jesus!

Not all towing companies are equal. There is typically not a great deal of interaction in a situation where you are likely in less than high spirits…What a pleasure it was to meet Josh! Elite did a great job towing an rv for me at a rate substantially lower than other companies I called (30-40%). They will be the first company I call if I need another tow as the driver was excellent and experienced. He had no issue pulling the rv with a locked up front wheel out of a shed and maneuvering it to get in front. I was skeptical at first about the size of the truck relative to the RV, but he made me a believer with how easy it was. They also offer a 10% military discount which I appreciate.

Youve heard it here many times before and its absolutely true! Elite Towing is the best in the Valley. They quoted a very reasonable price to haul a mobile crane from Anchorage to Wasilla so I enlisted their help and I couldnt be more pleased with the service Cody provided. He took a bunch of extra time to air up the cranes tires for transport and made sure everything was ready for transport. On the receiving end, he took even more time to help me get the finicky crane engine running and he even drove it to its final position and gave me operating tips since he happened to be familiar with this models operation. Unbelievable service! Ill be using Elite for all my future equipment moving and towing needs! Thanks Cody!

The folks at Elite are professional, friendly, courteous, and engaging. You can rent a truck anywhere, but Elite gets my business because of their outstanding customer service and adaptability. The only drawback to the truck rental process is the U-Haul mobile app, required by U-Haul (not Elite). IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS USING THE APP please let U-Haul know (I did - their app SUCKS). The staff did an amazing job of working with me to get me the right equipment on time.

I called a few other services and they all said 45 min. Cody told me 15 minutes and was there in 10. I had locked my car with the keys in the ignition. Cody had it unlocked just a few short minutes after pulling up. Back on the road quickly. Outstanding service!

Cody helped me when I wasnt sure who to call.  He was there quickly, even though it was late at night.  I got home safe last night thanks to his help.Last night I was driving along KGB over a bump in the road and got a warning light to check tire pressure.  Pulled over to gas station, one of the tires looked a little off, so I put some air in it and drove a few minutes before checking on it again.  But when I checked it again, there was no denying that it was going flat.  All the way flat.Oh man.  What was I going to do?  Its late, I have my kids with me, I need to get home to Anchorage.  My husband was out of town, and all of my family members that I would normally call to help with this sort of thing were out of town.  There was a spare in the back, but there was no way I was going to be able to get that on.  And would it even be safe to drive all the way back to Anchorage with the spare?If it was during the day, I would have tried a local tire repair shop, but this was now 9pm on a Saturday night.  Stores are closed.  Its dark.  Its cold.  I wasnt sure what to do.   I was worried having the car towed back to Anchorage would be ridiculously expensive - but I felt it was no longer safe to drive the car.  I needed help.Looked up on Google for a towing company and saw Elite Towing & Recovery listed and gave them a call.  Cody came and checked out the situation.  He said the spare tire was the right size, and if he could get it on, I would be fine to drive back to Anchorage.  I asked if it would be better to have the car towed back to Anchorage.  He said it would be really expensive to do that, and he didnt want to do that if he could get the spare on and I could drive back to Anchorage.Someone totally could have taken advantage of the situation and just charged me an arm and a leg to tow my car back to Anchorage.He got the spare tire on, and told me there was no charge.  Wow.  I totally didnt expect that.He made me promise not to drive further than Anchorage on the spare, and to drive real slow on the highway with my flashers on if necessary, because the spare tire I had was not meant for high speeds.And as I was driving home, Cody even called to check on me and make sure I was okay.Im so grateful for his help!If you need help, give them a call!

Super courteous, super quick!My issue was a simple dead battery, and Cody said he was heading out to my area and would stop by. He soon called to let me know he was a minute away and came and got me hooked up.He charged my battery, but not me! Since he was in the area and didnt do much, he said there would be no bill.Made my day!

I had a great experience with this establishment. I had a blowout on KGB and did not have the tools to get the spare tire down. The gentleman who I arranged services with on the phone was very friendly, understanding, and accommodating. He was very down to earth and treated me more like a friend than a customer. My vehicle was towed to a nearby Auto Repair Shop and he offered to give me a ride to my house. Having just moved here and not knowing anyone they really helped me out of a bind. Everything worked out and I would definitely use their services again if needed!

Incredible customer service and awesome pricing

My car blew a rod on the highway pretty far from home. I called my insurance and they connected me with elite to tow my car back home. My insurance told me they would cover a portion and I would have to pay the rest out of pocket. After speaking with the driver I was told I would only have to pay a little over 200 for the remainder. After receiving my invoice I noticed they charged me well over 300. After calling the company I was told that it was a miscommunication and that they only made about 77 bucks on the tow and that there was nothing they could do. So if you like being lied to then given some BS story as to why they had to charge you more these are your people if not go anywhere else.

Who here has ever pondered about who to use as a wrecker service? I thought about it myself the other day sitting on the roadside with a water pump that went belly up. I remembered a guy named Cody at Elite Towing helped me out of a jam with my work truck on Thanksgiving Day (we both asked why we were working that day). Answered on the first ring and told him the scoop. His response was Im 20 minutes to you. Well, at -30⁰ I was very gracious on that time frame. Shows up, tells me have me he will have me fixed up quickly. I swear that man had the jeep on the truck before I said ok. Cody was very understanding of the situation I was in and extremely dedicated to his work and level of professionalism surpassed most in his field. Cody with elite towing is awesome. I called another company to tow me out Of a snow berm and was told they’d call me back. 2 1/2 hours later they stopped picking up their phones so I called elite. He was onsite with in 15 minutes and had me unstuck within 5 minutes. I highly recommend this company and will make sure anyone who ever asks me for a tow company calls them first.

My car died in the Carrs parking lot, I had two dogs in the car and groceries. I called Elite Towing, even though they were very busy Cody went out of his way to come as soon as he could.. He jumped the battery, FOLLOWED me to batteries Plus, then FOLLOWED me to ORielys to make sure they would be able to take care of me. Unbelievable service !!! I was just blown away with how caring he was even though i did not require a tow. Totally recommend them 10 star service.

He made sure my insurance was dealt with and anything beyond that he worked with me. He even got my car to the best mechanic, A&E automotive... they took care of me too, and he even followed up to make sure I was able to pick up my daughter and made it home ok on his own time.
