Went there a few years ago, but I remember them being very professional. I had come in because my headlights stopped working all of a sudden, and I had to fix it before it got dark. I was able to be seen instantly, and they worked quickly to fix the problem and get the part they thought I need. The woman that was there to collect payment and paperwork helped keep me calm (and did a good job at it) as car issues are never fun. They told me that one part was out of state and gave me the option to buy it, then come back if I needed it installed (thankfully didnt need to). Issue never came up again, and would recommend this place.

My girlfriend and I went there to get an oil change, first time there and we’re definitely gonna go back. Super sweet people, great service, and low prices.

Frank has had my vehicle in his shop twice now and 1700$ later my car is back on the side of the road with the same problem. Frank is a nice guy but safe yourself the headache and take your business somewhere else.

On top of all this, they were able to start to service my vehicle within an hour of talking to Dawn, for the most reasonable and direct price IN THE ENTIRE VALLEY, I know because I called everyone from Palmer to Big Lake. I cannot recommend JFK Auto and Towing enough . Their office is welcoming and extremely easy to walk to, Im disabled and loved being able to be inside from the extreme cold in less than 10 seconds. I will be returning for all my cars issues. 😉

We had kind of a crisis situation with my cousins car and Frank was very quick to respond. Our regular mechanic was not able to get us in either. Franks team fixed the problem at a reasonable rate and identified a few things we needed to keep an eye on. Honest and straightforward

Frank came to our rescue during a very difficult situation we encountered during our vacation. He showed up to the scene of our accident and was able to right our vehicle and put it on his truck like a superhero! It was very evident that he’s an expert at his trade. Not only did he do an amazing job at removing our vehicle from the scene of our accident but he went above and beyond to get our vehicle in a shape that we could flat tow it behind our Motorhome back to Charlotte, North Carolina. This kind of customer care is unheard of, now a days. My wife and our four kids thank you very much for helping save our vacation from a tragic event.

These guys are a bunch of crooks. Dropped a vehicle off for an oil change and tire rotation, told them I would be out of cell phone service for the day and signed their work order. When I got back they informed me that the cost was $135. When I questioned them they informed me that it was two separate jobs(meaning he watched the oil drain out instead of rotating the tires while the oil drained) and that they had to spend time talking on the phone to a third party warranty company. I will never do business with them again. Straight up hillbilly crooks. Stay away!
