We have been customers for many years after changing from our USPS mailbox. They have great service and the package delivery is very convenient for us since everything is kept in a dry environment. Nichole is a great associate, always helpful as is the owner and the other employees at this location. Highly recommended.
Very rude service, slow to sort packages, act like its a big inconvenience to retrieve customers packages which often sit for days after the Post Office delivers them to this location.Obviously the employees here hate their jobs and customers. They cant seem to keep help, always new faces and those new people soon leave.Very poor management. No one smiles or greets you. In fact, they run in the backroom to avoid helping the long line of customers. Save your money and get a USPS mailbox in Wasilla.
I always come to the store at 6 at night. Now Ive been standing in line for half an hour and they tell me, I have to come back another time Because they cant make copies after 6:30 theyre getting ready to close.Every other time Ive came here the Employees have been nothing but nice and helpful. However, tonight this older lady was just plain rude and dismissive. She was so rude in fact that I will probably never come back to this store again. And unfortunately Im not the only person shes been rude to cuz the next customer behind me in line is now walking out in tears
Called to ask a question about UPS delivery options... Was placed on hold for 11+ minutes immediately after answering (yes really, writing this review while still on hold). EDIT: 15 minutes, I hung up and called back. Employee who answered acted annoyed and was not helpful. Insisted they already talked to me once today. (They had not). Had to interrupt her tirade to ask her to simply provide me with the correct number I needed to contact to correct the issue. After providing the number, she started in again about how it wasnt their problem because although (they) have UPS in the title, (they) have no control over package deliveries. First time in years Ive had to hang up on somebody. Would have been better off contacting the automated service line. Avoid this franchise location at all costs, I have never had a worse customer experience.
They offer post office services and so much more. They are a bit more expensive than the USPS postal boxes, but the price includes so much more.
Please, spare yourself the problems, the trouble, the rude customer service, the incompetence of the owner and just drive to Anchorage to ship the package if you have to. I can write my story in detail, and it will be disturbing and long... but I dont want to relive it in my mind again.
Always helpful and courteous service
Very rude service, slow to sort packages, act like its a big inconvenience to retrieve customers packages which often sit for days after the Post Office delivers them to this location.Obviously the employees here hate their jobs and customers.Management needs to work on speeding this process up. We are thinking of filing a complaint with USPS on the mail delays.
Horrible customer service if youre looking for a notary. The clerk is a rattle snake and not a pleasant one at that. They left me and another customer waiting 15 minutes for a notary while the notary was finishing up mail. Some of us have real jobs where we have to be expedient and we cant spend our whole lunch break waiting for a signature!! Unacceptable!!
Extremely Rude employees threaten customers because they blame the customers for high volumes of mail! Obviously hate their jobs and hate their customers.
Really helpful and fast friendly service.
I love the friendly people that have helped me solve my shipping needs and do all my fax for me and allow me to receive fax too. Cya here!!!
UPS store Meadow Lakes. 7362 W. Parks HighwayA heads up. I paid for an entire year for a box at the UPS store at Meadow Lakes. 7362 West Parks Highway. I believe it was April when I signed up for a year( I believe it was $399.00) for A medium box. Which I found out they don’t even use the boxes. Packages that will fit in the box will not be put in the box They will have to be sorted through and be assigned a ticket for you to sign for it. So the size of a box that you get there is a scam. On multiple occasions I went into the store after I had been notified that my a package was delivered from Amazon and other suppliers. I would wait to get notification that at least one of the packages would been documented and receive via email from the UPS store that it was ready for me to pick up. I would proceed to go and pick up my package and ask for my other packages and would be told that they did not have the time to look for my packages. Because, they have too many to sort through and they would get to mine as they could. Yesterday this happened to me again and I was the only one in the store which really put me off. I called UPS corporate and put in a complaint. I went in to the store today to pick up the other package that arrived yesterday morning and wasn’t logged in till around 5 PM yesterday. The manager was upfront and I wanted to speak with her. She saw me grab the complaint approached me and in a condescending voice Then said “by the way I did receive your complaintand let me explain to you that we have only three people here at a time and don’t have time to sort through the packages and get your package“. I told her I would not be receiving mail there any longer and that I would like to know if I could get a refund she said no it was in your contract that you signed. she said after the turning her back and walking off. Go and do business with your little Post Office. The small post office that I use right up the street always has packages that come in ready for you by noon The same day.If you’re looking for any help from UPS corporate forget about it.
WORST SERVICE! If I could leave zero stars I would the last two times I went to 7362 Meadow Lakes, UPS office they showed horrible service, one of the incidents I showed up five minutes after they opened and they took 20 minutes to unlock the door because they were too lazy to get up and start the day. They have no respect for their customers and are not willing to work with them to try to solve problems I had a lost package and they said they were unable to search up the tracking number when I went to the post office in town they pulled it up and found my package strongly recommend not using them.
I gave them proof that my package was lost by her store and she refused to look at the parcel delivery log, which had a signature of one of her employees having received it at the meadow lakes store. She then denied the package ever arrived event though I had physical proof and had called UPS corporate to get the actual copy of the “received” signature of her employee. The vendor I ordered the package from replaced the item for free and overnighted a second package to me at the store. When I went to pick up the package the manager insisted I pay a $10 pick up fee because even though I paid previously for the “access point,” she wouldn’t honor it for the replacement package (even though I only needed to replace the package because her store lost it to begin with). Save your time and money and don’t go here for anything. Oh also when I called to confirm that they had my package they left me on hold for 40 MINUTES and got back on laughing, she said “oh whoops, ya we just forgot about you.”
I would rate this place a 0 if I could. They have no customer service. When I went in there was one other person there getting fingerprints done. I was there for fingerprinting as well. As I was waiting more people came in and it got very busy. Only 1 woman working and trying to train a new person. The woman behind the counter kept stopping the fingerprinting process to help the next customers coming in. When she finally finished those fingerprints there was a line forming. She continued to help the people in line ignoring me. When I said I had been there waiting for 1/2 an hour and was there before all the others she told me they just needed in and out service and that my fingerprints would take a few minutes, so she needed to help them first. That is bad customer service. No matter how long it takes to help the others, I was there first and needed to be helped also. I do not recommend going here. There is another fingerprinting agency in Palmer.
It seems that the employees of this location either know nothing at all about what they are doing or they have a terrible attitude. Every person I know has had the same experience. Avoid if at all possible.
Very thankful to all the employees and owner for helping us in our time of grief. They all helped us with the faxing back and forth to take of our needs over our sons death in anther state. Thank you so much.
Excellent service with great people!
I always have projects I need downloaded off the computer, and copies blown up. The staff is always helpful, professional and efficient. I appreciate all of their continued help.
Tried to print 11x17 color pages from their computer. Their printer didn’t work from the computer so I had to email it to them and the pages only came out 8 x 11. I will still charged for the larger sheets even though they were printed correctly. Very disappointed!
Un professional and carelessCalled on open hours to see if i could drop a package, i was told i couldn’t and they hanged up on me.Worst phone customer service i have ever had.
Avoid this place!! They will try and charge you $2 to tape a label on your package! Absolutely horrible! The other UPS store in Wasilla has no problem affixing a label for you...much better customer service there.
Save yourself the hassle and go to Wasilla or Palmer UPS Store. As a fishing guide, we provide a service of shipping fish. Years ago we set up a UPS account and have never had any problems. Until I went into this UPS Store in Meadow Lakes. I should have figured there was a problem when I called before to ask about cutoff times and the guy that answered the phone didn’t know what I was talking about. There are 3 UPS Stores in this area and they all have freezers for fish shipments. I’ve used the other two a lot. This time Meadow Lakes was more convenient.Yesterday I went to this store to drop off my prepaid boxes for pickup today (2 for overnight shipping). The gal at the counter didn’t know what to do so she got the owner lady. The owner said our freezers are empty. Great! Then she said she would charge me $15 per box for storage in her feeezers. What! She explained that she’s not making money on my shipment and she had other fish shipments coming that she would make money from and then asks which did I think she was going with. She said she had to make her money first. Wow! So I said I’ll take it to the other store. She said they’ll charge you too. Never had in the past. She said they’re supposed to. I told her I would never cross her threshold again. As I made it to the door, she told her worker, “some people want something for nothing.” Wow! Really!Very rude. Unprofessional. Not up to UPS standards.Drove to Wasilla UPS Store. Very pleasant experience. Asked about storage fee for freezer and their response was, that’s ridiculous. They knew the exact pick up time and their drivers route. What a world of difference.I will be contacting UPS about this experience too.
Great staff helps with large items that are sent to our box happy with the services
Absolutely love this place! The customer service is amazing and the boxes are affordable
I hate dealing with the lady who manages it. I always feel like Im doing a disservice going in and asking for my package.
They threw away legal mail without owners permission.
Had a PO Box here for awhile. The staff were always very friendly and said hello and welcome every time I walked in. Props to the staff here.
Rude service.
