Kathryn @Allstate was awesome. It is the first time I ever experience a really good customer service with an insurance agency on the phone. My last insurance company agent just throw stuff on the table without even explaining or telling me what’s going on. But Kathryn walked me through everything in my policy which I didn’t understand what they mean. Cause english is my second language and I’m only 21. She took her time to answer a lot of questions in my head about insurance policy of how they work. So I really appreciate her good work ethics, personality, and good quality customer service. I hang up with a happy face.
