Chris was Jonny on the spot more than once for this little old lady. This last time he had to tow my car (very and I do mean very fair priced tow bill,) I expected it to be much higher. Got my car repaired in a very timely manor at a reasonable price also. And...to top it all off, returned the car back to me...5 STARS FOR JAKES TOWING AND TRANSPORT!!!!

Showed up to tow a car, said he was going to turn around and never returned!So Let me rephrase, You came to BUY a car not tow it. However, you showed up HOURS before you were supposed to arrive. Therefore, we had to move a truck and pull out the car you were going to BUY. Because you said days before you could get the car out and then couldnt under the circumstances. Which didnt take long because my boyfriend came out and Pulled the car out while you said and I phrase Let me go turn around we watched you pull out and never return! We called several times and you couldnt even answer our calls. Poor business owning skills in my eyes. You could have simply said i have somewhere else to be, im sorry i cant get this today. Instead you lied and said you were turning around.
