Last summer, I was referred to Help Unlimited. I had recently graduated and was looking to make some extra money over the summer before beginning law school. I cannot recommend Help Unlimited enough if you are looking for a position in the DC area. Wendy has a tremendous number of connections and I was able to network with many professionals throughout my different positions. Additionally, Wendy was very helpful in finding me a placement that I felt comfortable and enjoyed. She checked in with me while I was working and was available if I had any questions. Wendy and Julie worked around my schedule as I needed a few days off to prepare for school. After placing me at a few different offices, there was on in particular that I really loved. It met my interests and even had a similar focus to the type of law am pursuing. I permanently started temping there for a little over a month. I made friends at the office who I still keep in touch with. All in all, I was just looking for a short-term job that would get me by, I did not expect to have such a terrific experience with Help Unlimited. They do a great job!

I was referred to Help Unlimited by a good friend who knows the owner. I was immediately impressed by her enthusiasm and savvy. I could tell she really understood the DC job market. She was forthright, honest and optimistic. The first time I worked for them, I was looking for a second job (I was working nights bar tending then) to supplement my income during the slow season. They found me a perfect fit with a catering company where my food and beverage experience was really helpful. Help Unlimited even got the client to allow me flexible hours so I could leave early a couple days to stay in good standing with my other job. It was perfect. They pay weekly via direct deposit, so no long wait for the first paycheck. And they are incredibly responsive. This second time around, I would call or email to check in, and would either have my call answered immediately or would be responded to within a few hours. For my current assignment, Help Unlimited actually got me into a company that has been on my hit list for more than a year. I am incredibly happy with this company and highly recommend it.

My experience with Help Unlimited was incredibly positive. Wendy and Julie were highly professional, responsive and supportive in all of their interactions with me. They definitely set me up for success, and I am in a full-time, permanent position that I love (and is a perfect fit for me!) after working on temporary assignments for less than six months with Help Unlimited. I was very lucky, and am incredibly appreciative, to have found my way to their agency!

Wendy & her team are truly awesome. What I love most about this agency is that they listen to your interest and try their best to match you with a company that will help cultivate your skills and interest. I am now in Dubai working as a contractor because of the project I was temping on. And most importantly, I really love my job. I am in a field that I wouldnt have considered if it was not for this agency.

I had only positive experiences with the whole team at Help Unlimited! They worked flexibly with my schedule to place me at temp gigs ranging from staffing conferences to admin jobs to a longer-term part-time position at a prominent non-profit. Ive interviewed with other temp agencies and had been on an assignment with only 1 of the many temp agencies Ive previously interviewed with. Help Unlimited Temps placed me very quickly unlike others who I had waited months to place me but never did or placed me somewhere where I didnt fit what they were looking for if you know what I mean. I had only been with Help Unlimited about 1 week before I got accepted for a position. They sent me on 2 interviews in less than 2 weeks. I interviewed with them on a Friday, that following Wednesday I was called to interview with a company for placement. While they waited for a response from that company, I was called the next Tuesday for a same day interview. They called me the next day asking me to start the coming Monday. I recommend them to those I know seeking employment.

This is the WORST temp staffing agency in the DMV area hands down. From the time I called I felt rushed and unheard . They really need to shut their doors for good. The lady I spoke with was unpleasant and rude. would NEVER recommend . Go to APPLE ONE.

My overall experience with Help Unlimited was ok. It wasnt the best temp job I ever had but the assignments where easy and the pay could have been better. Like any other temp companies they take they commission off of you and leave with the scraps. The reason I gave them TWO STARS was they did not take ANY federal taxes out my check and I had it set up where they shouldve. Tax season comes and I end up owing because they didnt take anything. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GO TO ANOTHER TEMP AGENCY THAT ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT THEIR TEMPS. Office Team(Robert Half) is a REALLY good temp agency in D.C. They actually took the time out to get to know me as a human and not as a worker. They put me on assignments that I learned from and that I networked at myself. Help Unlimited does not care about you and they stereotype people as well. WOULD NOR RECOMMEND!

They lie and tell you they have plenty of jobs. They dont.
