I started working with Ajilon back in fall 2019. They were amazing from the beginning! Amazing at placing me at the right companies and very easy going if i didnt like an opportunity given to me. They always cared about me and wanted to make sure I was doing well. They were even able to find me a place to work during COVID! Which actually turned into a full time position eventually!The whole team at Ajilon is amazing. I mainly worked with Carrie and Miriam(definitely worked with more people there who were also amazing). Both Miriam and Carrie were great. They went above and beyond for me. They always checked in on me to make sure I was doing well. Ive never met people that are more caring, kind, and genuine. They made me feel like family from the beginning.I have no complaints at all. Im forever grateful for them and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anybody!

Moving to DC from another city it was hard to get good job interviews. This is a sort of get what you put in place. I got my first temp gig shortly after interviewing and the people at Ajilon were very transparent on my performance reviews. Good ones brings in more work and so on.

I had an okay relationship with Ajilon. The people there are and nice and initially seemed very helpful and knowledgeable. They found me a lot of temp jobs, all being from one to three days, which helped in the short term of my job search. However, none of the jobs turned out to be long term and I never seemed to get paid the correct amount. Eventually, we just lost communication and never followed up with each other. So all in all, if you need short term employment, its not a bad place to be. Just stay on top of your hours and pay!

LIARS AND DEEPLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I was brought in for multiple interview just to join this agency. I had 7 other recruiting firms working to find me my dream job so I joined Ajilon. Instead of finding me a job they used my reference to try and get more clients. My recruiter was Molly and she lied to my former coworkers and told them they had been referred to her because they were looking for new positions. I was professionally embarrassed and this was the most unethical and unprofessional thing I have ever personally experienced. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS. And certainly dont give them the names and numbers of anyone you dont want harassed about getting a new job.
