Every time I book a Cab, there is never a Cab available before having to wait @ least an hour before getting a cab. If you do not want business and or not enough cabs available, why be in business in DC. Not good!

Best cab experience I had in 35 years! I ordered a cab from the DC VIP Cab APP and they showed up promptly with a clean car and professional driver. I had my mother and father along with me for dinner scheduled @ 7pm over at the Hamilton and we arrived 10 min early. Great Service!!!

I ordered a taxi the day before I needed one. I was assured that it would come at the appointed time. No show!I called and the woman answering the phone said that they were still looking for a cab driver.If you cant count on a taxi, whats the point of ordering one?

I got a fraudulent charge on my credit card from this company while I was in California for the holidays. I called in to report the charge immediately - to both the company and my credit card. The representative told me to call back on Monday when the credit card services team would be in. My report wasnt taken seriously - the representative did not ask about when the charge was made, how much it was, or any other details to help pinpoint criminal actitivty. Thats pretty complacent from my point of view. I would not recommend using this company as your personal information and overall safety is not a priority.

Had an early morning flight out of DCA and decided to use VIP cab to pre-arrange pick-up for a stress free ride at 4:30am. They never showed and dispatcher stated no one was on there way. Luckily an uber was nearby. Very disappointing.

Driver found my Federal Government work cell phone in his cab and he called me and said he found it but would return it unless I paid him a specific amount of money. He claimed that he no longer work for the company and couldnt come to DC. I had to get the FPS involved. He had the phone delivered and the guy had multiple phones, so it appears that the driver blackmails people all the time. So ridiculous. Avoid these fraudsters!!!

I ordered a cab at 6 am. They told me 15-20 mins. I called back to check the status and was told they dont even have any cabs. Theyre still working on one to get to me. Basically its 7:30 and a taxi has still not shown up and Im late for work. I saw the reviews prior to ordering but figured Id try anyway. This is no gassed up post. Dont use them. They wont show up. Im currently looking into reporting the business Smh.

Didnt show up when I ordered the cab the night before. I called again and, despite having confirmed the info the night before, they had imputed the wrong pickup time. Dont use these guys

Horrible experience. I ordered a cab for a ride to DCA, more than 2 hours before the scheduled pickup. The cab never showed up. When I called about 10 minutes after the scheduled pickup they told me that they are working on my request. That is not acceptable if you want to catch a plane... never again VIP Cab DC.

The worst service. Left my $400 presciption glasses in the back og a cab - called all week, including manager, could get no one to help. No wonder Uber is putting them our business. Never again, VIP.

The Best cab driver are dc drivers

This is the worst! We waited 90 minutes for a taxi that was supposed to have been 15 minutes away. After 30mins a second taxi was ordered and that one never showed up either. Do yourself a favor and use Uber or Lyft.

Never answered the phone.

This cab company is HORRIBLE. ETA was never given on cab by dispatcher. After 15 mins, called back to get an update, dispatcher said that he was on his way. About 20 mins. after that..called again, and they told me he would be there any minute. Called 10 mins. after that and they said he sent back an indicator stating that he had picked me up. NO CAB EVER ARRIVED. Dispatcher stated that he will put in a call to send out another one and that one would be there in 10 mins. 10 mins. passed and still no cab. Called an Uber and he was there in 5 mins. NEVER EVER USING THIS CAB COMPANY AGAIN! For those people who have never tried Uber..I strongly recommend it!!!

Awful customer service. Left my keys in the car and all they could say is “I’m not in the system”. Ridiculous

Orded a cab a whole two hours before I needed one for the airport. 15minutes after the requested time, I called to make sure one was on the way and the operator gave me attitude, We are still trying to find you a cab. Then hung up on me. Worst service ever.

I told them a specific hospital and they took me to the wrong hospital. I shouldnt have canceled my uber ride. Cheaper and would have been on time to my meeting.

Terrible. They dont have a self serve cc payment in the back of the cab. Very expensive - even with Uber 1.5 SURGE pricing.

Twice they’ve been a no-show for an early morning airport run. Just awful service.
