Clean and air conditioned office great customer service. You have to ask for their WiFi password if you want to use it.
Do NOT use this cab service. The cab we used from our hotel to the restaurant charged us $8.87 which we thought was a great price. We flagged down a Grand Cab for our return trip and noticed throughout the trip that his meter wasn’t on. Once we got to the hotel he turned on the monitor and he clicked some buttons then magically showed a final price of $17.87. I started to argue with the piece of **** driving the cab but it was a waste of time. DON’T use these thieves. No wonder cabs are going out of business.
Took a cab from DCA airport. The driver immediately started with an inflated meter. Driving to Silver Spring he was reckless but he did make good time getting us home. However, when we were only one block away from our home the driver began to chat with us about where we traveled from at the same time that he proceeded to make a wrong turn. When we corrected him he began to drive slowly to our buildings driveway. Then he attempted to turn the meter off three times while it continued to increase. He blamed internet connectivity. He never returned our fare to what it was when we stopped (not a big deal) but when I tried to pay with my credit card he proceeded to enter the card number twice into his cell phone. This made me uncomfortable so I told him to wait while we went across the street to the ATM. Upon returning I told him I wanted a receipt and his cab number so that I can keep a record and report potential wrongdoing. He didnt give me either and drove off. THIS IS WHY I WILL NEVER USE A CAB FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. SHOULD HAVE CALLED UBER.
It seems as if you guys higher people who have zero driving experience. They are life threatening to their passengers and other drivers on the road!
Was in traffic on the GW Parkway and a grand cab minivan almost rear ended me twice. He was so close to my bumper I was afraid to brake even though we were in stop and go traffic. I will make sure I do not take a grand cab in future.
Driver blew through a red light in a busy intersection where pedestrians were starting to cross--luckily no one was hurt.
Disregard for professionalism and public safety.

The wait time to speak to a customer service rep to request a cab is terrible.
