We adopted a cat from Furever homes inside Petsmart. It was a very easy process and Deidre was the best. She made everything go smoothly. Couldnt be happier with our experience. Will be adopting our next cat from them. Plus you get a coupon book for great merchandise from Petsmart when we adopted Paxton.

The Robinson location had previously let my dog pull on the grooming leash and it hurt her throat. I explained my concerns to this Washington store and they made sure to handle my dog with care. She came out beautiful and happy. Thank you! Happy dog mom. :)

Had an issue with a 40 gallon terrarium I bought at a different location. When I went there they quickly replaced it with a new one. Was very helpful to find an employee that knew what she was talking about. She has over 30 reptiles and was able to answer all are questions.

They have what I need and the employees are very nice, welcoming, and polite. The store is always clean when I go there and theres nothing blocking the aisles.

I took Our Cat Sampson to their Vet today. Theyre reasonable in their Pricing, Thats Just as Important as Offering a Good Veterinarian Service. I love having a Petsmart so close. I went in to buy supplies for a new puppy home in a few weeks-store associate helped me find everything I needed and very reasonable price on the crate. They will price match if you find a lower price somewhere else.

Our normal dog groomer was completely booked until October and our 3 Yorkie Pups would have never made it through the summer. Petsmart saved the day,, despite never grooming them and not to mention that its hard enough to get an appointment anywhere for just a single appointment and they got all 3 in together with only a weeks wait. The price is double what we normally pay, actually it cost more for one dog than for myself for a wash, cut, style and dry plus tip, literally $170/3 dogs with no extras except nails, its separate there(?) But, they did give us a 20% off for first visit so after tax it was 156. Thats 52 a dog, and it cost me $35 and I give a 5 tip ... but under the circumstance it was worth it (unless you have a puppy, cost the same but they do not cut the fur no matter the age if its their first cut) Im mad about that because hes hot ... good for last case seneraios for 2nd cut and up lol.

Made apt for our puppy, arrived and service was immediate, very professional and polite. Set up my account, explained what was going to happen and proceeded with the appointment. Very polite and professional with the puppy. When I returned after receiving a call to pick up my puppy. They explained everything that happened and what we needed to do next along with the next appointment. Very pleased with the service.

Life saver! maybe literally. Was on 9 hour drive with new cat Im rescuing from a job-site where I found him. He escaped his soft sided container I had him in (rookie mistake) with 300 miles to go and was scared and free in my truck cab. Didnt know what I was going to do! Saw sign from highway like manna from heaven. Got a new cage and made it rest of way home with no more drama. Thanks to the kind employees who helped me out!

I came to get my puppies nails trimmed yesterday November 4 2020 it was her first time here so she was scared. They made me take her harness off so they can out one of those leashes that tightens up around her neck when you pull on it. Well my puppy was pulling on it and instead of using a treat to get the scared puppy to come to you she pulled on the leash with all her strength and bursted a blood vessel in my dogs eye. Damn near crushes her trachea. NEVER AGAIN

Ordered online for next day in-store pick up, and I even used a 15% off coupon (bonus there!!). Purchased a large bag of Fancy Feast Filet Mignon and Shrimp cat food...every place in the area has been sold out due to shortages, but they had it! Its my cats favorite brand, and Im not kidding you that he sulks when we run out and have to feed him anything else. He was so happy, he dragged the bag out if the closet and tried to claw it open.

The beta fish are so sad. As well as the ferret by the bathrooms....that poor baby was upside down in the corner of the cage gnawing at the bars...when I walked up to him/her, it flipped over and couldnt walk straight...it looked painful...I told an employee, doubt they actually helped it though...this is just sad.

Rosco, our magnificent 8yo Great Dane/Old English Mastiff is dealing with old age ie., arthritis, (hes a big boy 202 pounds). We needed some blood work, Rx refill, heartworm shot, etc. The staff have always been very kind, gentle and attentive.Rosco believes everyone loves him anyway.

Product Issues:I wanted to get a cave for my fish tank but their prices were in the fifties...but then I went into the reptile aisle which had a slightly larger version of the exact product I needed but at a quarter of the price. What was with the Aquarium price inflactions?!?!!Pet Care Issues:The second complaint I had was about the lack of knowledge the employee in the fish section had. Maybe he was new but he didnt know where the crab food was or if they even had marine salt (he didnt know what that was). Worst of all, he claimed that the red claw crabs were kept in freshwater. They should not be. They should be kept in brackish water.

The workers were so lovely. A woman doing stock was very helpful and nice. She helped direct people to the product they were looking for. She seemed busy but was kind and friendly enough to ask if I needed help as I was walking back and forth through the isles.

Got my hamster here and he only lasted 5 months. It couldn’t have been anything I did because he was well cared for. I want a refund I barely even got to enjoy the hamsters company.

I bought Smokey like 3 things that he needed and only spent like 25 with giving a donation.

Great selections. A little more expensive than places like Walmart but there are so many more things.

Find a local place...we went for hermit crabs. They were out of crabs, out of all sand colors except white for the habitat. I like the cats being sold there from shelters.

Its a good place to get some of the pet needs you cant get in the pet aisle in the grocery store. They try to make the specials you get with your PetSmart rewards worth it when you need the extra savings the most (It has for me, at least). I always love to meet the pets that are there for grooming/vet care, too!
