Its great to be here in this office. Convenient, Friendly Staff, not to mention SECURE & CLEAN! The personnel that occupies the front desk & overall management always know who comes in by name, and they take note of our day-to-day behavior to provide catered support [even when they dont need/have to]. If it wasnt for individuals like Irene, Ryan, Claire, and the others to provide friendly banter and attentiveness, I would honestly feel like a ghost in the space (trust me it has happened at other virtual offices).
We have had a terrific experience with this facility. Claire, Anna, and Kiara are all complete professionals. They are exceptionally helpful, attentive, courteous, and customer-oriented. Our requests have all been quickly and skillfully addressed. Best of all, they have created a place that is both highly efficient and also unusually pleasant. As business environments go, this is a very happy place. Every office suite should be this nice!

Sanda and Irene are very hospitable and go out of their way to ensure guests are welcome and everything is done right. If you are looking for an executive suite, I highly recommend Servcorp. From the time you walk into the offices located at 1717 Pennsylvania it is abundantly clear that not a single detail of this organization is left to chance. Everything is not only in place, modern, and effective; but is also undeniably appealing.The above description applies to easy to miss details like the technology and office furniture as well as the impossible to miss details like the staff. Whew.In the short time my company has called this location home, Ive found myself disappointed on the days I dont get to spend more time there.Nothing needs to be changed, upgraded or improved.
The Salvadoran Chamber is really happy with all the professional services that Servcorp offers to its clients. This is the best executive suite in Washington, and I have located various operations at quite a few over my career. The facilities are very attractive and are impressive when clients are in town. However, what makes the facility extra special are the people that ServCorp has assembled here. Anna is by far the most accommodating person I have ever met. There is nothing too small that she can do to make your day better. And she is a wonderfully happy person that makes me happy just by being around her. Kiara, a former model, is a very delightful person, and likewise is always willing to help out with an emergency project or two. Claire runs the place and is willing to make sure your office needs fit within your budget. Claire brings the overall management expertise and there are never any hitches with the IT service or any other of the many benefits they have at the site. All three staff members are extremely capable and provide the utmost in professionalism to my growing business. I would highly recommend this location and staff to other businesses. I am thrilled with our new offices at 1717 Pennsylvania Avenue NW. Since moving in, the ServCorp team has been helpful, thoughtful and highly professional. Tiara, Irene and Claire seem to have endless skills and expertise and are always gracious hosts to board members, guests and staff. As a national nonprofit, we even held an reception here to celebrate the opening of our DC office and the support and guidance from the ServCorp team was exceptional. It has been a great experience!
Servecorp is well situated, close to downtown D.C. and public transportation. The space is new, updated and clean. Staff is communicative and easy to coordinate with. They were kindly very transparent about added costs and were accommodating when the group changed its terms or asked for different hours or spaces. The group complained that the space was too warm and Servecorp was unable to change the temperature even after contacting the buildings maintenance people. Nonetheless it was greatly appreciated that staff did all they could to remedy the situation and treat members of the group with great customer service.
I did not care for the team at this location.
What a a fantastic experience with Servcorp. The ladies, Claire, Anna, and Kiara are the best in business and make it such a delight to come to work every day. I highly recommend the offices for your long term offices needs or if you just need to impress a client, they will roll out the red carpet for you. Used Servcorp for meeting space. Very nice staff, top-notch accommodations, beautiful view. Everything I needed for a meeting was there waiting: pens, paper, tv for presentation, drinks, etc. Only downside is how nitpicky they are with charges. I got charged 3 bucks for taking a pen from the meeting room!

I worked for ServCorp for a while and help out the clients and their visitors. I was amazed at the unprofessional and unfair treatment of the clients by the ServCorp Team. I was instructed by my manager Claire Layton and other team members to over charge each client every month to generate money for the company, by working extra slow on a projects to make a high invoice, if the client ask me a question i should try to get him or her to get me to do something for them, Getting drinks for the client and billing them. I hated doing this!!! I felt like I was scamming and deceiving the clients because they did not know they were being charged until they received their monthly invoice!!! I Also noticed that the staff treated Black clients different from their White clients, for example: If a white client came into the office, i was instructed to greet him or her in a upbeat way and offer services and if a black client came into the office to basically just say hello.Many of the visitors and clients that came to the office that I encountered would get very upset with me when they had a concern and they would be ignored by management and other ServCorp members acting if they were on a phone call and while laughing and gossiping about clients.With months and months of this happening, I notice that clients started canceling their contracts and leaving and so did I. In all and all I tried to voice my opinion on these issues But no one cared to listen.
This place talked me into a 30 day free trial. When, after 2 weeks I declined to sign a lease, the charged my credit card $1,000.00. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A SCAM.
