My experience as a tenant with Adams Morgan Suites is easily the most pleasant I have ever had. The amenities were great, the premises were spotless, and the location was ideal. I have yet to find a better bang for my buck---not just in DC, but anywhere. Not to mention, Steve, the owner, was an exemplar of flexibility, kindness, and decency. I felt at home from the first day I moved in.I had only intended to live at AMS for one month, but in light of my phenomenal experience, I could not help but stay longer. Had I not needed to relocate for work, I am not quite sure that I would have ever left!

Looking for a tastefully fully furnished sublet in a classy and effervescent DC neighborhood? Look no further. Adams Morgan Suites is your best option without a doubt.I was just beginning my summer internship at a government agency in DC as a law student and needed a sublease for a few months. Unfortunately, COVID 19 had left me in a great deal of uncertainty surrounding the length of the remote status of my internship and the agency itself was unsure of the reopening status. I informed Steve there would be a possibility I may need to leave earlier than expected if the remote status continued and much to my surprise he reassured me the lease was flexible with any cancellations due to the pandemic. He worked with me on this issue to ensure safety, flexibility, and was incredibly communicative. The entire week I stayed, I noticed my room was beautifully decorated with lovely art from artists around the world, gorgeous furniture, and a wonderfully comfortable atmosphere. My apartment was clean and safe, equipped with a security feature. I had my own kitchen, office, and comfortable home. During a new normal in a new town with a new job, who could ask for more? Adams Morgan Suites is also located right by two grocery stores and Meridian Park which provided a nice outdoor relief from remote work. The neighborhood is diverse as it is charming.Steve was kind, helpful, flexible during unforeseen circumstances leading to an early move-out, and so gracious. I cannot recommend a better landlord during a global health crisis or a more beautiful home to live in, even if it was only for a little while!

My experience at Adams Morgan Suites was absolutely wonderful. I am a student and I was moving to D.C. to study for the semester. I stayed at the apartments for a total of three and a half months and my stay couldnt have been easier. Both the apartment and building were very clean throughout my stay and I felt that the building was secure. The move-in process was hassle-free and the owner of the apartments was extremely helpful during my move, helping me carry my bags into the building and offering up valuable information about the neighborhood. He also offered to help me move out of the apartment of well. Steve was also around if I ever needed anything: one time I lost my keys and right away he was able to provide me with a spare and was happy to help. The apartment itself was very homey and had plenty of storage space for my needs. One of my favorite things about the apartment itself was the washer and dryer located inside of the unit. The apartment is centrally located in Adams Morgan and is walking distance from countless restaurants, shops, and bars. The area also has a very lively neighborhood feel. There is a very large grocery store, Harris Teeter, only two blocks away.Overall, I have nothing but great things to say about my experience at Adams Morgan Suites and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a short stay in the Washington, D.C. area.

Apt 5 will always be by far my favorite place to stay in Washington DC!(Adams Morgan Suites)Ive been to alot of other corporate locations the nations capital has to offer, but find myself already rescheduling at Adams Morgan Suites. On my off days I found this quite seemingly secluded street to be the artery to the main part of the town that has a hell of a heart beat on the weekends!! Right down the block you can find live music, cool artsy bars, clothes shops, outdoor dining and dancing!!I couldnt believe I was located between a Safeway or (the one I preferred) Harris teeter!! Either was too short of a walk if you wanted to enjoy the town! The apt suite complex itself was not loud obnoxious and screaming HOTEL anything. I was almost more that appeased of the place and its detail to cleanliness. Someone really took the time to attend to detail. From having bottle openers and mixed drink stirrers, I felt I could host a dinner party with the apts amenities!! Any and every cooking utensil needed was supplied!! Not to mention glass and flatware. This was certainly a gem to find, something for this price offering the real coziness and the feeling of home, as compared to a hotel or the more common bait and switch scam

I rented one of the apartments for family who visited for a month over the summer. Steve was very accommodating, responsive and friendly throughout the process from initial scheduling to moving out. My family had everything they needed and enjoyed being in such a convenient location. Overall a pleasant experience, I would definitely rent again.

The apartment was clean, well furnished and convenient. The building is close to everything in Adams Morgan with an easy walk to the redline metro. A great place for a short stay!

I rented Apt. 3 for 3 weeks, a small 1 bd. facing the back of the building. The apartment was completely furnished, including washer and dryer, all needed appliances in the kitchen, iron, ironing table, TV, Internet, everything. Since the apartment is small, everything was tidily compact, every inch utilized, but again, everything was there.PROS-Location: you have EVERYTHING you need in a 3-block radio (groceries, dry cleaners, bars, restaurants, transportation, pharmacy, etc.).-Property Manager: Steve is always there, very helpful, very organized, worries about the smallest detail, you can count on him, no hidden fees, no hidden conditions, straightforward.CON-Apt. 3 is probably the darkest apartment of the building, almost no natural light gets in the living/room kitchen. That wasnt an issue for me because I didnt spend time in the apartment during daytime, which is probably what would happen to other renters.Overall, apt. 3 is small and dark but perfectly fit for a temporary residence in DC. Youre in one of the best locations to enjoy DCs NW district and the property manager makes you feel like you are visiting a friend and not renting a place.
