Communication was pretty poor - received a call morning of that the cleaning folks would arrive several hours earlier than previously agreed upon. Then they were 20 minutes later than day of estimate. Cost estimate was communicated as $130 for the appointment. Days after the appointment, I received a call saying it was $130 per hour. Id requested fridge clean out only but the maids were told fridge clean out plus cabinets. Management tried to claim they were there for three hours, my best guess was two. All in all, very disorganized. The services themselves were good and bad - excellent job on the inside of the fridge, baseboards looked great. Mirrors/ windows were streaky or not done, missed spots on counter tops. Probably wouldnt use again.

Affordable, friendly and efficient!1. Making the arrangements to have the cleaning service done was so easy compared to other places where you could be playing phone tag for days and not getting through on the line you are called on. Also, the coordination staff is professional and friendly.2. The scheduling was wide open in terms of when I wanted them to come.3. The cleaning crew arrived promptly at the window provided.4. The cleaning crew (Sharon and Orlando) were efficient, expedient, professional and were just all around wonderful human beings. I almost wished I cleaned for THEM before they came.Ive used other services. They didnt make me as happy as Maidpro.

Third time is the charm :) This is my third cleaning service, I wont get into why the first two didnt work out but it boiled down to them not doing the basics, mopping floors, vacuuming, dusting.What I really liked about MaidPro was on my initial phone call inquiry, someone called back to discuss what I needed to have done and my expectations. I told her that I have your standard DC one bedroom apartment and I would pre-clean before the cleaning professional arrived, clearing off surfaces, doing the dishes, etc. What I would like them to do is the stuff I hate, mopping the floors, cleaning the toilet and tub, dusting and mopping the floors. What surprised me after the phone call, is Im pretty sure I was talking to the owner.Day before the cleaning I got a voice mail reminding me of my appointment. Day of the appointment I got a call and they had a last minute cancellation, and would I like them to come earlier, which I appreciated but couldnt take advantage of because I was working from home that day.The cleaning profession showed up within the appointment window with all the necessary cleaning supplies in tow. I got out of her way and went for a long dinner, when we were headed back after the 3 hour cleaning appointment, we got a call from the main office saying they were checking in with there person and she was concerned that she wouldnt have enough time to finish the floors. The person said that once I got home, if anything was not finished, they would send someone out for free to finish the next day.When I got home, the cleaning professional ask me if she could have 15 more minutes to finish vacuuming and I said of course. After she left I looked around my place is in great shape. Bathroom looks great, kitchen looks great, and everything is dusted and smells nice. Exactly what I wanted.Will book again!

My dad used to work here and they made him and the cleaners work for a week without pay. They all are currently going through the courts for the money because the company withheld their pay due to the owner/manager dying recently in the past few months. This company is a sham, with underpaying and not paying on time.

They arrived on time, scheduled for me last minute, followed up with a call TWICE to make sure I was happy. They were busy and came through when I was desperate for a quick move-in clean before I could bring in my things and the service was amazing! I will definitely use them again! They turned a black bath tub white again :)

Really disappointed. I called a couple weeks ago to get more information about their services and spoke with a man (Phil Doyle) who was really helpful and responsive. I told him I would call him back in a couple days to schedule the cleaning, but I was not able to get in touch with him. I have called multiple times since and left multiple messages but I havent heard anything back. It does to voicemail every time I call, or the call gets ignored. Its very frustrating because they have good reviews and I was looking forward to booking them, but since I cant get in touch I will go someplace else. Really poor customer service.

When they show they do reasonably good work. But the issue is that they dont show. It took me two attempts to get my house cleaned for the first time, I had two appointments and waited at home and both times they didnt show.Then a few months later we changed the service date from a Monday to a Friday. And guess what they didnt show.Then we stopped service for a month and asked it to be resumed on a set date when our home repair work would be done and they didnt show. So in summation if they show, they do a reasonably good job, but if you try to change anything then they wont show.

I don’t hire them often (I can normally do the cleaning on my own), but in the few times that I do, they always deliver satisfactorily. My requests are always on short notice, but they always arrive on time and do the job quite fine.

I never usually write reviews, but I am so happy with our service and the team that takes care of us, I had to take the time to publicly thank them for all they do for us. We have been with MaidPro for about two years and they will be who will take care of our home for as long as we live in DC. My husband and I have tried a number of cleaning services over the years with disappointing results but Maidpro go above and beyond what other services will do. The cleaning teams are trustworthy, thorough and detailed as well as helpful in ways that go above and beyond the call of duty, like caring for our cat, making sure she has fresh food and litter. My husband and I work long hours and have little time at home. We a very particular about our home and what we like. Philip Doyle and our great team with Lorenzo, Miss Monic, Deborah and all the wonderful people who take such good care of us and our home are always happy to help us with whatever we need for a very reasonable fee. This was recommended to me by a friend when I was looking for a cleaning service since I had gotten too busy to clean the house after I gave birth. I’m glad I checked them out. They clean the house like it is their own.

Ve been with Philip (MaidPro) DC since 2006 and I dont know how I would get by without him and his staff.They are hands down the best cleaning service I have found. I tried a few others but found them to be very corporate AND expensive.Philip makes the experience much more about a relationship and trust. I trust him, I know the service will be great, and I know if there were to be a problem (which there hasnt been) he would go out of his way to make it right. I have referred friends and they swear by him and his staff too.So 2 apartments and 7yrs later, Im still contacting him and his people for their great service. Im actually embarrassed it took me this long to write about them. Sorry Philip!

I have used MaidPro for almost twelve years, and have been very pleased with my experience with them. When I get a job again, they are slated as one of my first reinstatements to my budget!

Their cleaning is really minimal. I often had to clean up after them. Their are better smaller owned cleaning teams in the area.

The 2-person teams do a great job for a reasonable price and the owner is responsive and courteous. Im a loyal customer!

I have been using maidpro adams morgan for nearly 10 years. They have followed me from apartment to full fledge row home. They have always been courteous, easy to work with and have always done a great job. Scheduling and rescheduling if necessary is never a problem if given enough notice and they respond to feedback well.

Didnt really clean the place and I had to go in and clean up everything behind them, complete waste of money. I have been trying to get an invoice from them for over a week to no avail.
