I love it!!! They did a great job of tailoring my suit outfit for a very low affordable price. They also had it ready in just 2 days!!! The lady in the counter was so nice and knew what she was doing.

Great service.@Joy James - When the Korean woman said what you think is a racial slur, she was saying you did which sounds very similar to the n-word. There is a Mandarin word that means that that sounds really similar to the n-word as well. Before the hate, contemplate. Shes busy trying to get work done and get it done properly, she cant self-censor her mother tongue in case someone might get triggered so if youre thinking she should know better in this climate and neighborhood remember shes busy.

I’m really happy with the way they repaired my down coat. They stitched the hole so that it looked like a part of the original design! At first look I couldn’t even tell/remember where the whole was.

Happy customer of over 2 years, dropping off every other week. In this time nothing has been damaged or lost. Standard service is ready for pickup after 5pm 2 days after dropoff day. Sometimes, I get the timing right and they let me know it will be ready the next evening. Good service and quality of work every time.

This is my neighborhood cleaners and today I stopped in to see if an item could be fixed. I couldnt help but to be disturbed and offended when the lady was explaining to her son my request in Korean and she said, nxggxr proper. Just an FYI, all people of color arent ignorant, billigerant, or uneducated. A lot of us are the opposite of those things tbh. I wont be coming to this cleaners anymore. I made the mistake of not looking at the reviews for this business prior to taking my business there. I used their services twice. Once for normal dry cleaning and the second time I went for some tailoring/alterations of my suit jacket sleeves. A pretty easy task for somebody in the business. When I came to pick it up, I made the mistake of not trying it on at the location prior to returning home. When I tried on the suit jacket, the sleeves were visibly different lengths and was very clear to see by just looking in the mirror. I also noticed that the sleeves were ruffled meaning they didnt even do the sew job correctly. I took it back a few days later and pointed out the flaws and gave them another shot at fixing their mistakes. I went back about a week later for pick-up but made sure to try it on while there. Again, they failed to correct the issues. I pointed it out while there, and the woman proceeded to tell me that it was not her, that it was my body. I asked for my money back, which she refused so I went ahead and went to Cheryl A. Lofton Tailoring, that is reputable, and they assured me they would fix what wasnt done correctly in the first place. They also re-assured me that her measurements and or eye sight was wrong at City Cleaners. Lesson learned. Be careful if you decide to have anything else done other than a simple dry clean.

Wandered in with a long white gown I bought for a special occasion last minute. I thought it fit well and was shocked how much better it was after this place took it in a pinch, worth the price, service was so fast and the dress fit like a dream.

THIS PLACE WILL MESS UP YOUR CLOTHES!!! I have brought my shirts in to be ironed and they do not care about the quality of their work. They will BREAK all of the buttons with their equipment. They also smash your cloths with the iron and leave creases where there should be none. This dry cleaners left STARCH stains on one of my blue button downs and when I brought it back to tell them, they tried to blame me for spilling coffee all over it. Not only do I NOT drink coffee, I can say that someone would have had to pour coffee all down my back for it to look this badly.I AM NOT SURE WHO DOES THE IRONING/PRESSING THERE, BUT THEY ARE OBVIOUSLY DISGRUNTLE AND HATE THEIR JOB!THEY WILL BREAK ALL OF YOUR BUTTONS OFF!!YOU HAVE BEEN WORNED!! STAY AWAY!!

Never go to this place. They said they would place a new zipper on my backpack, but they didnt. I left a backpack with a broken zipper, I received the backpack with the same broken zip, as you can see from the picture.
