I am the owner of The Goddard School at The Wharf, a childcare in Southwest DC. We have been open since July 2019. Mr Jamal, inspected my ice cream shop, which we just took over on Columbia Heights. The floors have never been professionally cleaned in its previous 13 years in operation. It was dirty to say the least. They tried and tried to clean it bringing in multiple pieces of equipment, they got it sparkling after working their read ends off.
