After I went through the drive through wash, I had several knicks where the paint had been chipped off. I just bought this car a few weeks prior and I have washed it there a few times in the past couple of weeks and had some minor scratches, but no big deal. I always wipe down my car car afterwards, so I know 100% these were not there before. Plus I was just standing outside of my car just minutes prior. The staff was friendly and helped me file a claim. The staff is always super friendly. The person in charge of the claim however said that these marks were inconsistent with their machines and refused to hear another word about it. She told me to have a good day and call back if I had any OTHER questions, but she basically would not talk to me and was in a hurry to hang up. I will be cancelling my membership and warning others about this issue before this happens to their car as well. The pictures below are not of one area, this is all around my car, from the hood to the trunk at the same height all the way around. I understand accidents happen, but I dont appreciate the insinuation that I dont know what Im talking about.

Never been to one before and decided to try it out. Was going to get the membership but the guy at the checkout told me about their $10 Tuesdays and how it would be a better deal. He didnt have to do that, he could of just taken my money. But I was thankful he did. The whole place was clean and staff was all friendly.

The best car wash in town. I do find their pricing a little bit confusing but maybe thats just me. I love the vacuum system beats your home shop vac for sure.

This is a good car wash, but it is to fast. I had soap still on my car in the front and back. The track is going to fast and not doing its job. It was going slow and did great but now not so good.

We moved to the Washington area recently so our usual Fenton or Manchester Club Carwash became too far away, which is unfortunate because the one in Washington is terrible. Each time we go there’s no one in booth, everyone is sitting inside so we have to wait for them to do their job, half the time no one comes out to spray the car and if they do it’s barely anything, they also stack the cars so close together I am surprised no one has wrecked.

My Jeep looks like new everytime I go thru the wash. The vacuums are very powerful and do a great job on cleaning my dog hair out of the carpet. The moist towels are great for picking up the dust inside on the dashboard doors... Highly recommend the top wash and wax.

I have a cover on the back of my truck and it was not clean. I have used this car wash in the past and didnt have a problem.

The change over from Tiger Express to Club Carwash was smooth and the quality is the same with the exception of the small room for coffee and water. It is currently being used for storage and only water is available in the office. I miss the coffee when I get my wash. Otherwise a good experience and a great way to stay ontop of your car looking great all the time if you pay by the month.

It does a pretty good job washing my car. I appreciate the extra mile they go by providing the damp clothes for wiping down the interior of my car. They do provide free use of the vacuums but, trust me, you pay for that service with the high price wash. All in all, its worth the extra money for a clean car with a pretty quick in and out.

We have a brand new Ford Explorer. After going through the car wash we found damage in the form of small group dings. After that we took pictures before we went through the second time and we found more dings. We submitted it to their claims department. They told us we would hear from them in 2-3 days. Almost three weeks later, we still haven’t heard from them.

Service was average, but dont go through if youre expecting anything better than you can do at home, some bugs will still be left on your hood once youre out. Also, BEWARE if you have a sunroof, mine was closed (and fully functional) and water came rushing into the cabin, soaking everything, so keep that risk in mind before paying!

Not the greatest. A lot of soap still left on the vehicle after finishing the wash. Didnt get some of the slightest smudges off the windows as well. When using the vacuum to clean the inside the hose came off the piece used to vacuum. It will be a long time before I return again. I can get a cheaper wash at the gas station without any soap residue.

For 6 bucks, the basic wash isnt bad. Very few water streaks to clean up and free vacuums. If you value your time, it ends up being about the same cost as a thorough wash at a self service.EDIT: This place has been open a little while now. The attitude of service greatly varies depending on whos working. That aside, I come here to clean my vehicle. Well sadly, my paint usually ends up a little cleaner, but my wheels are always 10x worse than when I came. Its as if the lower brushes that clean your wheels are caked in grease, perhaps from other vehicles, and get these gross greasy marks all over my wheels that wont even come off with a power washer.I geuss thats just car washes for you though... Better of doing self service down the street or take the time to hand wash.

I would not utilize this car wash, unless you are looking for your car to get damaged and Tiger will not accept responsibility for it. $10,000 worth of damage done to my brand new 2018 Mazda and they are not accepting responsibility for any of it. They did not offer a refund or anything to even show they were remotely sorry.Looked on the Better Business Bureau to see if there was other damage to other vehicles and how it was handled, and this is what I see. (Picture Attached) For being as said on their facebook page An exterior car wash that prides on providing our customers with the best possible car wash experience! That is not at all what it seems. Poor customer satisfaction.WATCH OUT.

Very simple just a car wash I do like their options and I like the vacuums. They always give you cleaning towels for the inside of your car which is super nice, I feel like a lot of people steal those though..😂

Came here on their promo week and got their Lava wash for $5. It was incredible! For the money, theyre giving it away basically. Not only is it easy, its quick, and has free vacuuming at the end. Oh, and the vacuums actually have power unlike most car washes. I definitely recommend.

They damaged my car and all they could say was The clear coat was going to peel eventually. No offer to help repair the damage, accepted no part in damaging my car and no apologies. I posted my experience on my FB page and it seems I am not the only one to experience this sort of damage. Use this carwash if you want to destroy your car.Unable to reply to your 2021 response, but I will only give you another chance when I have a car I want destroyed. Thanks for nothing!

Go at your own risk. Car damage and then the fun begins.The wash damaged the mirror on my two week old car. Went to the team, they were really nice. Took a report, told me I would be called the next day and I would be sent to a body shop for an estimate. It would be resolved. Sounds perfect, a company willing to do the right thing, they will have my business for life.Well, call didnt come till I started following up 10 days later. Now we have the lawyering up. well how do we know it wasnt damaged when you came in? Maybe you did it? We have warning signs posted inside the wash (not true by the way). We might give you a gift card for the cost of parts but you will have to fix it yourself. Called HQ, third time today. Oh we will get right back with you. Nothing.Hey, if they dont want to fix it stop avoiding and lying about process. Just say tough. Dont make this an ongoing chore to see who has the tenacity to keep following up and we just pay those guys.I think this is fundamentally deceitful.
