We were missing a very small trim piece from a couple visits before. I mentioned it to the manager and incredibly, he produced it yesterday when we were in. Truly above and beyond as we know he had to scour the car wash bay to locate this little piece. Then, actually remembered us! Thats customer service! Highly recommend this car wash facility.

This place is very nice. I used to go here every time I needed my car cleaned very well for a special occasion, like for a car meet or a family reunion. The price is flexible since they have many services but my favorite was to buy their coupon books which allowed you to get a nice discount. The books also have a discount for your next book, more discounts never hurt anybody.Love it!

Very bad service, I spent 35$ and I got a terrible service. Terrible Vaccum and interior. I spent the money on a 7-10 mins service. Other places I spend the same money and cleaning people spend at least 20 mins, in and out.Don’t waste your money and time.If you wanna do outside cleaning only for a quick 10 mins wash, they do okay job. This place sucks! Came here on Wednesday for a car wash, got their most expensive wash. No vacuum, no tire shine. I had to finished getting my car clean at home.

As many below me have stated, the outside is great! However, they completely neglected to vacuum one 1/4 of my car and the trunk. The front two seats were completely vacuumed and the rear left seat was vacuumed but the rear right seat was left completely untouched. The manager said further detailing ($$) is required but they didnt even pass a vacuum over the entire inside. Rushed job and not well executed.Response to management: I understand pet hair is an extra charge but you only vacuum 3/4 of my car which is what I was trying to explain to you when I showed up. Theres a visible difference between front two seats and the rear left seat against the rear right seat having been neglected as well as the trunk. There are leaves and dirt accumulated in these two areas but not where I tried to show you was actually gone over. Im not here for discounts. I wanted it done right the first time.

I’ve been here a few times with my Mercedes E550 coupe to be hand washed and waxed. I came in today (9.2.21) @3pm for a hand wash and was told by the cashier that although they didn’t close for another 3 hours, they would not be able to do a 30min hand wash. It is to be noted that there was a car ahead of me having the detail finished up, and I told the cashier I wouldn’t mind waiting. At this point her demeanor became very rude and continued to tell me that they would not hand wash my car this day. She even went as far as to tell me (again, very rudely and uncalled for) the reason I couldn’t receive a hand wash was because the detailers were going home early once they finished what they were currently working on. I’m writing this as to let management know directly that their employees are refusing work 3 hours prior to closing for a 30 minute service as there was no manager on site to take up the issue. I eneded up going to WASH AND SHINE on Wisconsin Ave, and if they do a good job I’ll be switching them to my primary choice for car washing. Customer service is extremely important in this industry, I personally have 8 years of Wash and Detail center management on my resume. With that said, virtually anyone can wash a car, what’s sets places apart is their focus on customer service which at this Flagship location seems to be non existent.

Great car wash!Had been coming here for years and always had a positive experience. Sure, some people may feel otherwise as there is a team of people finishing the wash by hand and they may have a bad day, so consistency may not be 100% all the time for everyone- but of all the car washes in the area- I can recommend this one!

We came in wanting a vacuum and they said it’s the same price as the express wash which was $12. As they were pulling the car in, they said that was only for the outside and the vacuum was an extra $10. As I was checking out, they said if I just wanted a vacuum, I should pull around to the back, which they failed to mention at the beginning. This not the place you want to go. They scam you for your money.

Always go to this place. Quick, efficient and I’m amazed at the many Latinos who each take a section of the car and clean it thoroughly (worth some good tipping). Don’t know why they stopped giving discount vouchers (a good incentive); I hope they reinstate them. Good place if you’re in a hurry to clean your car, especially under the carriage.

Car was washed: The exterior looks really good but the interior cleaning was rushed and not cleaned well at all. They just try to rush cars out of the way. This has happened to me 3 times. For the cost of the car wash, they SHOULD do an impeccable job.

The outside wash is good. But they use dirty towels to clean the windshield. So pretty much every time my windshield is completely smeared and I have to wash it myself. Last time I specifically asked them to please use a clean towel and the staff there looked at me like I had three eyeballs and then smeared it as usual. It’s frustrating because this car wash is the closest one to my house and they do a good job with the outside washing the vacuuming and cleaning the floor mats but can’t figure out how to clean a windshield.

This was the worse car wash I have experienced in my 70 years. They did NOT clean the inside of the windshield, did NOT wipe down the drivers door panel, and overall rushed my car through on a Saturday morning. When I spend $29.63 I think that the inside of the windshield and drivers door panel should be clean. If you have an out-of-state plate, dont go here.

I would not use this place again. I paid for the Ultimate Service plus extra for a la carte services. They did not vacuum the inside of the car ( I had to get them to revacuum) and they didnt wipe down ANYTHING on the interior. I paid almost $40 for basically a machine to wash my car. I have a brand new car so it shouldnt have taken much to clean.There was no waxing done. Nothing. A rip off. Save your money and go somewhere else.

We were on vacation and stop in to get the vehicle washed. The service was efficient but being from out of state. It was a bit confusing when to pay and where to move when car wash was complete.But an Officer was ahead of us getting the Police car cleaned. He was friendly and observant. So, he helped us.Overall it was a quick and thorough carwash.

It is a very expensive place for a car wash. I would say 30-40% more than any car wash I have been to. Rather disappointing wash with dropping marks still visible on windshield and side windows. Very difficult to get into. I just moved about a block away from here but it’s not a place for me.

Excellent car wash. They got my car sparkling clean after I parked under an unlucky tree and got covered in bird droppings. Everyone was very friendly and the price was affordable.

The first time I went to Flagship Car Wash I was very pleased with the detailed work they provided. The was outside was thorough, and then the included interior cleaning was great. My car was spotless, and I was thrilled with the care and attention to detail for the price. Feeling this way, I went back - it was terrible. They flew through the interior cleaning before I could even pay at the register. It was as if nothing was done. Additionally, on the outside, there were clear areas that werent properly cleaned by the wash, and they were not removed. It was disappointing that I had to go home and immediately wash my car myself.

Reasonably priced wash of exterior and interior. Wanted to leave a review to commend Michael, the manager. Upon leaving the car wash I noticed my back seat window wouldn’t roll up. I informed the staff and they gave me Michael’s card to resolve the issue. Because it was nearly impossible to determine the cause of the window issue, Michael agreed to pay half of the cost to fix the window. After getting it repaired I was given reimbursement with no issue from the car wash. Great customer service and will definitely be returning here!

Quick, but they almost forgot to apply the tire shine spray that we paid extra for. This is ~ the 4th time this has happened, but we remembered to bring it to their attention this time before we left the premises.

Interior-windows cleaning left a film with a dangerous amount of nighttime glare. Had to Windex them afterwards. The “moving carpet” left a large scratch on my car’s machined-face wheels.

Im using this car wash whenever I need to wash any of my companys cars. Usually its on working days. But sometimes I work on weekends too. Flagship car wash works 7 days a week, thats great for me, right? Well, not really.. It happens too often that I just lose an hour of my time going to car wash that just happens to be closed today. Probably the rain is the reason - not too many would wash the car on a rainy Sunday like this.When it works its ok. Speed is usually exceptional, cleaning quality mediocre. But those unexpected closures, those drive me mad.. Instead of Open 7 days they should write Sometimes open, sometimes not - guess it right and youll be lucky today! :D

DONT LET THEM TOUCH THE INSIDE OF YOUR WINDSHIELD. They use the same rags to wash windshield after windshield leaving streaks and swirls that get amplified by oncoming headlights or the sun.It’s terrible not just because they use the used rags but also because they’ve been told and still do it. Management doesn’t care 🤷

They didnt allow me to use my monthly Flagship membership, which is surprising, as they are THE first Flagship location in my area that doesntI had to pay 22.00 just for an exterior wash only. But I had no choice, I had just parked under a tree for several hours, and my vehicle was covered in bird droppings,and I didnt want to deal with it.They did do a good job on thr car, so Im giving them 2 stars. I will not be back to this Flagship location.

Wonderful experience. I paid for the ultimate wash and an extra $10 to have a one area shampooed. The staff were cheerful and did a great job with the vacuuming. Alfonso did a detailed shampoo, I m very happy with the results and the price.

My first and last time at this location. I paid too much money to have you not vacuum the back seats because a tissue box was there. The floor wasnt fully vacuumed, bird poop still on the car, cleaning spray not wiped off inside. I complained so the guy took it back to vacuum it again.

I had a carwash a week ago. At first I was not satisfied in how fast the staff did on my car so I called the manager if I can come back again . Ricardo was really accomodating and he was hands on to make me satisfied by the service.Will come back again :).

My car floor had been flooded and they were very helpful in getting the water vacuumed out and drying it as best as they could. The price was fair and the manager was nice.

Ok and nothing more. Dont waste your money on their ULTIMATE wash since you wont see any difference, and probably they dont even know what it means. In any event, youll have to wipe the car yourself if you dont want to see spots. Interior also ok, but pretty basic. For $17.95 (basic) and $23.95 (basic aka ultimate) Id expect much much more. They have a convenient city location and they sure take advantage of it.

They were SO great! I came in on a Saturday afternoon with a custom request and the manager personally helped me right away. I only wish they had a way to tip via venmo or cash app. Ill be back soon!

Service has went downhill and price has went up since COVID. Ultimate wash increased by $2 and services went down. They did not scrub my wheels or front bumper. They did not vacuum the trunk, just opened it and looked inside and closed it. COVID impacts everyone but raising the price and reducing service is uncalled for.

Never EVER go to this place. I felt stupid to think that those are hardworking people and tipped 10 bucks on top of that initial charge. I will never go back to this place.

They do a good job but no drive thru option for a lower price, which is all i need sometimes so dont use them as much as i would.

This isn’t somewhere I plan to take my car again. I understand completely when it’s busy to try to get the work done quickly but I have dog hair everywhere in the car still, they never lifted my mats to clean under them, and the wipe down in the car is mediocre.I also understand dog hair isn’t the easiest thing in the world to get out of the car but when i proceeded to ask if I could just vacuum out my own car it was apparently an outrageous question to be asked. I was then told I had to pay ANOTHER 70$ to get a different wash/vacuum then I ordered. I’m let down at how friendly I was to everyone there and I waited extremely patiently only to have to give negative feedback. The staff was friendly enough but the work here isn’t worth your money I would go somewhere else that places value on the money you provide them.

For under $20, you get a full car wash and even the inside of your car cleaned (including all the inside windows!). You pull up, turn over your keys, and watch around 6 guys do their magic. The whole experience takes under ten minutes. Its awesome. We also got a coupon to return upon check out! If youre in the area, stop here!

Its a pretty quick car wash. The entrance is kinda complicated if you go during busy hours. Advice the cleaners to be careful with whipping your cars touch screen if any. Last time they left a coating of grease that messed the screen for a couple of days.

I was unsure of coming here having read all the poor reviews, however I was pleasantly surprised! At $17.90 it is rather expensive but the team are extremely fast, thorough, and gracious. They work really hard and it shows - my car is beautiful and like new thanks to them. Their supervisor even knew exactly how to clean a stubborn mystery stain from parking in a leaky garage and make my car look like new. Highly recommended if your car needs a good cleaning inside & out and you dont mind spending a bit extra.

The staff is very nice but the wash job (even Ultimate) is just sub-par.2/1/19: I come here pretty consistently, including getting work cars cleaned here, so let me just say be wary if the line is long. They regularly sacrifice quality for quantity - the wash itself is sped up, and the hand drying is barely a wipe down with an overused rag. They do provide clean rags for you to use, but then why am I paying at all?

Quick stop for a wash....did an ok job....dryers didnt do quite a good job...there were spots that they missed but couldve took the time to.

I came here expecting a full car wash - inside and out. To my surprise, they were done in less than ten minutes. What I got was a NEW SCRATCH on my backseat door and an interior that was completely ignored. I asked a guy if they vacuumed the inside, and they said yeah, at the beginning. I ask if they have a vacuum so I can do it myself. He hands me one and walks away. No offer to help. No apology. Nothing. Never going back here.

I just got a headlight restoration service at Flagship on Connecticut. Very good job. Courteous service. I had a car wash 2 weeks ago and they did a good job at that too. Id recommend them.

I still had bird poo on my car window; the truck havent been vacuumed, the leather car seat hadnt been wiped at all. I really should have inspected my car before leaving the location but Ive never had to do that before at other car washes. What was more so upsetting is that these issues probably wouldnt even be an issue if the workers cared at all about their workmanship. I went on a weekday at 2 pm and was the only car being serviced; yet they completely abandoned cleaning my car less than 1 min after it came out of the wash, just standing there, not trying at all for customer satisfaction. No one wants to pay for an Ultimate Wash, and still have to go home and clean the car yourself. Also, to reviewer below: I have also developed white streaks on my car which were never in this brand new car before...

Wish I had seen the reviews about the worthlessness of the Ultimate upgrade. Debris on seats and the mild dog hair I went in with was totally unaffected by whatever effort they may have expended. Equinox came out clean on the exterior but very disappointing on the interior. I will try the wash place on Wisconsin next time.

Do NOT bring your car here. I found this place on my way to Breadfurst, and have used them for years. I had no issues with my Honda Pilot, which received weekly washes. I came here with my FJ Cruiser, and it got severely damaged. There are scratches along the sides, and the clear coat is horribly swirled. The car had left a body shop the day before looking perfect, and came out of Flagship looking “fair” at best. I filed a police report in the lot before leaving, but the owner told me he was sure the damage happened “after I left.” He reviewed video footage of the damage, confirmed the car looked perfect upon entry, but then suggested I had so much dirt on my FJ that it hid severe damage. Cars don’t leave body shops filthy, so this is absurd. I’ll post an updated review in the fall with how this plays out. Truly disappointing way to reward a regular.

Cleans the exterior of my Mini just fine, but Ive noticed other, larger cars exiting the wash with dirty spots still remaining... shockingly, the team of people waiting to spot clean seem to just ignore that...Not much attention to detail on the interior cleaning, either.

Fast, good job washing my car.

The wash was fine, no complaints. The receipt for the service, however, listed DC Car-Wash tax. There is no DC car wash tax; there is a sales tax that quite properly applies to car washes just as to does to other good and services. I suspect this is a misguided protest to the application of the tax to car washing services, but the practice is misleading and should stop.

They do an amazing job for a great price. Only hiccup is I wish they wouldve dried my rubber mats

I dont recommend this place at all with the cost itself with lazy workers. They didnt finish the job in cleaning or drying out my car. So I decided to pull over and do it myself. What is the worst is that they was watching me doing the work. The owner or worker should have come to me and ask me if I am satisfied or not.
