Got a cut today, walked in got service, its the best hair cut Ive ever gotten id come back every month

Horrible service. I called ahead to ask if they could accommodate a walk-in. Nobody bothers to even greet you when you enter. Another customer who came in after me actually got service before me because he knew where to find a clipboard to sign in. Even after signing in, I waited another 45 minutes, watching completely unconcerned and unprofessional barbers who have absolutely no sense of urgency, completely ignore me. I finally left and went to another barber shop. Disgusted by this place.

Went here this past weekend and had a nice haircut. The barber I had (Tarji) was friendly and did a great job. I’m glad they’re practicing safety measures during COVID (appointments only, waiting outside until your turn comes, barbers wear masks, etc.). I was shocked though by the price. I read from other reviewers that this place was a lot more affordable. I was charged $40 before tax and tips, so I ended up paying close to $50 for a simple haircut (no washing, beard trimming, etc.). Due to this high price, I won’t be coming back.

Taj, is always hooking me, my son, and my ex husbands hair cuts up. The staff is very professional and welcoming to all races and hair types. The environment is very family friendly as well. Honest business, with great humble people. Sometimes I hate growing my hair out because I miss the visits. Highly, highly recommend this place. I have lived all over the US and other countries and originally from St. Louis, so its always difficult to find a new barber who gets it just right, but this place is it. Men come out looking so clean and sexy.

Excellent mens barber cut. I didnt get his name, but the gentleman knew exactly what I wanted. However, I was turned off by the extra $6 in the base price. The sign in front says $25 for mens haircut.

Unprofessional! I called in advance to ask if I could walk in barber explained I could wait. When I got there was greeted by the barber near the window. Who explained that he could take me after he was finished cutting his client hair after waiting an hour which I already annoyed he comes out and tell me that his 3 oclock is here. This was frustrating because I was on my lunch break. Very poor customer service

Walked in on Sunday. The two barbers Rich and Mr. Lewis were really friendly. Cuts were great and they took their time. Staff very friendly.

Just sad my brother has to walk out after an hour without even getting asked if he needed anything. I recommend the shop to ppl based on the cut quality but clearly the service isn’t where it should be. I just hope at some point they stop trying to give only good quality to those who make an appointment.

Just moved to the area, walked-in today around 5:45/6:00 PM and was referred to the chair of an elderly gentleman to cut my hair.I have had cuts by more senior barbers in the past at other shops and was very impressed. This was not my experience today.The gentleman completely ruined my haircut. My hair is uneven, my hair line is crooked, the points and lines are non-symmetrical and I have been nicked in three separate places. I am bleeding in the front of my face currently from several points.This is by far the absolute worst cut I have received in my entire life and this is no exaggeration. It’s my birthday weekend, I’m headed to board a flight tonight and I am extremely displeased.I knew the cut was going to be bad based on the looks and expressions of customers and other barbers watching.I felt bad for the barber because you can tell his nerves are bad and he must need the money. Out of sympathy and respect for my elders, I left peacefully and paid full price. I didn’t want to cause him any further embarrassment by making a scene.This shop does not seem to have their customers best interest at heart. I’m very disappointed that the ownership allows this to happen under their brand. Does not speak highly of the shop or their management. There is no way this man should be behind a chair and the other barbers should not be directing people to sit in this man chair knowing he can’t hold clippers or blades without shaking. They are wrong and need to take accountability for the type of service and experience their customers receive who walk through their door.

Moved to DC in July and have had the worst experience until now. Great customer service and catered to all my specific hair cutting needs. I would totally recommend all the barbers because from what i saw they all have skills! kudos guys ill be back.On a side note they accept credit cards witch is AWESOME since I dont carry cash. Not sure why one of the reviewers cried about the 1.50 cc service charge and or price!

Ive gotten great haircuts from several barbers here. Ive always enjoyed talking with the staff. Check in is confusing though. If you go when its busy it can feel like no one is in charge.

When I got my hair cut here it was much more than I bargained for. The barber is so incredibly personable and has such an intoxicating personality. Ive never felt more welcome in an establishment than I did here. If there was a way that I could rate 6 stars I would.

Your regular neighbourhood saloon. Walk in a couple of times and youd be best of pals with the folks here.. best to make an appointment or check in about wait times beforehand. Youll love the place once you find YOUR stylist!

Lewis was great. Very knowledgeable, happy to answer questions and give tips on maybe trimming the cut on our own, if we couldnt come see him.

Got a decent cut, but for way too much money. $45 with 15% tip, although the pricing display said $25 for a cut. It is open on Sunday, though, if you need a quick cut before the work week.

World Class Cuts lives up to its name from the quality of haircut to the atmosphere your haircut is provided in. Ive been the happiest customer for the last three years and cant imagine anyone else cutting my hair but Tarj and his team.

I was sent to the back and the barber was extremely slow and not focused at all he was way more into the football game on television than his job. Do not waste your time & money. The service is terrible and the haircuts are trash. I didnt want to pay $25 for such a mediocre haircut but Ill never be back there so whatever.

Open on a Sunday! I walked in - very comfortable environment. The barber, MADA, is great. Its rare now for a barber to take his time on a cut and not talk on a phone but he took his time along with other barber on duty.

The service was quick and the barber (Juan) took me in and did an ok Job. I am more worried that they dont have specific prices. I understand that every cut is different and that theyre trying to maintain a business but i feel like i paid a lot just for a high and tight.

If i am directing this to the correct shop, (on the street where the Busboys & Poets is) then great. This shop could be good but its seems that the personnel there is only concerned with regular customers. Walk ins get disrespect. Its unfortunate in todays era some of these barbers just dont get it. Walk ins get the worst barbers here and anyone reading this I suggest you look else where for a good cut. Now Im sure several of the barbers are quality but if you dont get them, and if youre not one of their regulars you wont, theyll send you to the worst barbers in the shop. Extremely expensive. Wanted a simple buzzer cut. Was told they would be with me in 1 minute - waited about 25 minutes. Haircut took forever and cost $40.

First I was told that my turn is going to be in 10 minutes while I had to wait for one hour because they were extremely slow. But dont get me wrong, not slow because of being careful; just slow!! He made me sit with my back towards the mirror but I realized that he was not concentrated at all and he even had no plan about how hes cutting my hair, just randomly moving the scissors around!!! At the end when I finally got to see myself in the mirror I saw that every point has been cut in a different way!!! He told me that You have a lot of hair since apparently hes so used to being paid for taking an hour doing nothing! What was done to my hair, I couldve done with a pair of scissors at home in front of the mirror myself without paying or waiting. Really. When you charge someone $25 for doing something, youre supposed to know how to do it!

This is an outstanding place to get a haircut. The barbors are all very good but Taji is the best. I rarely have to wait very long on a walk-in. They also have good hours so its easy to find time to stop by. Ive watched them cut kids hair too and Ive been impressed by the barbors patience with kids to do it right but deal nicely with a squirmy child who would rather be anywhere else!

I asked for a little off the top....Shaves all my hair off...Im so disappointed in my cut its crazy. I usually have an ok experience here but this did it for me. It was an older Gentleman and their was no way he could fix it after the giant blade shave part in my head.

I had my haircut with a guy called “Eric”!He left me waiting for 3 hours!! And kept telling me just one more..just one more!!The cut was literally the worst!! Terrible haircut!!!!!He destroyed my style!!!He was talking and watching a basketball game and working!!!I feel so bad and irritated!
