I found this office by chance, but they were truly a gem. I had car and renters policies and I never felt like I was being pushed into things I didnt want or need. I worked with Jenna, who is awesome and very patient with all my questions, but every time I called the office, I was greeted with a friendly and helpful person as well. I ended up moving to a different state and transferring my policy to another State Farm office that was terrible to deal with, which just put into perspective how lucky I had been in DC. When the new office didnt handle transferring my policy correctly, Tyler straightened things out quickly and professionally, even though I wasnt even his client anymore.
