I was charged over $300 for a dishwasher repair that was totally ineffective. When I called to complain, was told that I would be charged $150 for a return visit. It took six phone calls to even get a call back from the tech. And my attempts to contact an owner/manager have been totally fruitless.This firm is incompetent and has no customer service ethic whatsoever. I would never use them again.
Where do I begging?First, this contractor missed an appointment in where they asked for a 5 hour window on a Saturday, but did not have the certify to call and cancel or explain why they did not show.Then after confronting them about it, they said they are sorry, then called back and said the repair-man will be there in 30 minutes; 30 minutes after the initial 5 hour window.Contractor shows up reeking of armpits and says Oh, so sorry. The part the manufacturer sent was a 3 valve in stead of the 4 valve you need...So after he left I decided I was not interested in his services anymore and cancels the follow up appointment. Needless to say, Im still waiting for my $150 down payment for the part.My 2 cents: Dont pay in advance. And dont expect your money back if you do.
