This was my first experience with renting and it has made me never want to do it again. There was several issues with my apartment that were reported and then “fixed” but the fix was very poor and didn’t have things functioning properly. I have been out of this apartment for about of month and on the day of the walkthrough the landlord did not show up or plan on telling me they weren’t coming. I reached out and then I was informed that they weren’t able to show. Along with that it’s now been 27 days since I moved out and I’ve heard nothing and gotten no response to my text or calls about the return of my security deposit. I would never recommend somebody renting through this company.

If you’re thinking about renting from them do yourself a favor and don’t. I’ve lived here a year and a half and have had so many issues with the apartment. The move in wasn’t complete ( blinds missing, toilet not attached and an old door left behind) in fact they never picked up the move in checklist. The toilet has been broken for over a month and two maintenance men later it’s still broken. Just don’t rent from them and save yourself a headache.

Slum lord. Brittany, Im glad to be rid of you and your unorthodox and unprofessional business practices. I genuinely feel sorry for you and I hope you truly find happiness though you are so bitter and immature. Maybe seek professional counsel and learn how to interact with people, working in a front office and all.

Absolutely horrible to deal with. I would never trust to do business with them ever! I called them on 3-28-20 and talked with Brittany she’s worse than Carole Baskin about a duplex in knob noster to rent. She took down my information and told me it was being “updated” and the place would be Available middle of April. Brittany also told me that I would be first in line and she would call me as soon as everything was finished and we could move along with the process. I haven’t received a phone call and decided to call her on 4-10-20. She answers and tells me that she’s already rented it out to another guy. Don’t get your hopes up with this place it’s a loss cause.

They took great care of us the 9 years we lived there.

When I first got to the property they had drywall clumps of drywall mud on the wall and in the carpet. They had multiple things happen to the building while I was there and was notified once that they would be doing work. They had a tree fall on the building that did roof damage and is still like that today it molds day in and day out. Winter snow was removed once and by removed I mean they took one swipe with the plow and did nothing else. Speaking of winter the entire culvert system fell over this winter and nothing is done with that. I also was never given my security deposit due to paint repairs general cleaning and carpet cleaning none of which needed to be done because despite how I was giving the place I cleaned it very well vacuumed and shampooed the only thing that needed to be painted was 4 dime size chips on one wall where my futon butted up. Just don’t waste your time money and effort here.

Great company. Willing to work with all people.

Slum lords. the maintenance people try, but their property management would rather hang up on you and dodge your calls when something goes wrong with your home. I.E. FLOODING FROM A HOLE IN THE WALL BETWEEN DUPLEXES.
