Wedding life saver!We rented our dinner plates, dessert plates, silverware, water goblets, and champagne flutes through this company and it was a great experience.1. They were able to provide us last minute water goblets and champagne flutes because our caterer was not able to provide them!2. They gave us extra plates so we could match patterns with every table.3. They have a big showroom so you can go look at everything set up, not just online or in crates.4.They had everything waiting for us at pickup, so it was a breeze to get.5.Drop-off was fantastic, they unloaded our car for us and we went on with our day.6. THEY HELPED US STAY UNDER BUDGET. Seriously, they were amazing and had so many different options to choose from!I honestly cant thank them enough, especially for being able to provide last minute items. It saved us a bunch of trouble and really took the stress off my fiance (now wife). 10/10 would work with them again.THANK YOU!

Great Lakes Tents was so easy to work with! They are accommodating, friendly, and supportive when you have a lot of logistics and just need to talk through them. I would work with them again and again for every event.

I used Great Lakes Tent for our wedding and they were perfect. So many tent sizes to choose from, excellent customer service and their website is extremely easy to use. I called them a few days before the wedding in a panic about the size and they walked me through how to measure and what my other options would be. They even let me add on some extra options days before the big event. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a tent, large to small!

Jasmine was wonderful to work with and the installation team was efficient and friendly. We were also very pleased with the quality of the tent.

Extremely unprofessional. We had to cancel our tent due to the death of the owner of the venue. We lost the 25% deposit, which was fine. However, they called a week before the event was supposed to happen to confirm tent placement. I understand if someone forgot to remove us from their calendar after cancellation (mistakes happen) but the lady was extremely rude and told us she hopes we never get married again! There are plenty of more affordable options.

On a positive note this company is really good with affordable pricing and they were professional with the invoicing as well. All my questions were answered and they are one of the few companies close by where we were able to pick up tables and chairs.On the negative side since we had a smaller order and picked up our white chairs with tables I expected and especially the white chairs to be clean. They were absolutely filthy as well as the tops of the tables. As I washed them down my cleaning rag literally turned black from the dirt on the chairs. We had about 20 of them so lets just say after washing 20 filthy chairs I was exhausted. Had we been using them for a wedding or larger party I don’t know what I would have done to get them clean.So just ask before picking up any white chairs in the future to see if they were cleaned before renting from this place again. Maybe they make you pay extra for that but no one communicated this to us so we were left cleaning them ourselves.

Good experience. Efficient and speedy with set up and take down. Only recommendation is to be there when they put up. They would have continued with all spikes instead of blocks and probably would have destroyed my septic set up.
