I asked for two items and they gave me only one. And this item was busted, leaked all over my floor. I have yet to tell them but will in person when I return carpet steamer rental which appears to not even be a steamer. Simply sprays liquid and sucks it up, no brush either.

Called and talked to John on Tuesday. Explained to him my Mother in law passed and due to Covid, we were having the family....all 50+ immediate family only, over after the funeral. Needed fans for under a canopy. He told me about the evaporated coolers that might be better. I put him on the phone with my husband. He explained how they worked, the electrical and water needed and we said wed rent those! And we asked....can we pick them up Wednesday night, to have everything ready for after the funeral Thursday. Sure, he said, come around 5 pm. Well, we were there around 5...and guess what? No reservation can be found!! And to make matters worse....he tells us we CANT pick these 5x5 fans up, as told on Tuesday, and we will just have to come back at 8 am, just hours before the funeral. Jesus, how hard is it for a business to write things down? Those fans best be there tomorrow morning.

This rental corral is awesome, I rented a drum sander and edger to refinish some hardwood floors for one of my customers, the drum sander was terrific, the staff was very helpful, they had everything I needed for the job. And the rental fee was very reasonable, if you are ever in the Warren area and need to rent tools to get the job done right, rental corral watren is the place to go

Slower than molasses getting hooked up. Their equipment should be cleaned and ck the oil and fuel the night before especially when the epuipment itms going out the next day.

They have all the foamy parts you could ever want ... just moved to Th 534 in Southington .

I rented a 20 feet lift and it was very old like 1980 model.and they had new one, but the main guy who talks non stop Did not give us the newer one and this older and heaver lift did not charge well.I put on charge whole night And the charging needle hardly moves a little bit and the lift only work 3-4 hrs the better goes dead.so charge again, it will work a few hours.it was Sunday when we used.so next day was Labour day holiday.we told the problem and told that our work will finish in 3 hrs.but he told we are closed on Labour day.on Tuesday 8 am we took the white Elephant back to return.he tried to charge me $200 for two days.we told him it was because of bad lift and please charge obe day rent.he didnt agree and I had to tell him I will decline the rent through credit card co. And he got agree and said ok, I will charge $100 but never come to my store again.if he had newer model lift.why he kept it and gave older.I had to pay extra hours to my painting techanician. Sorry for the comments but I had to be bold to deal with this guy

When I was there and I rented a rototiller. They were very helpful they show me how to work it and made sure I knew how to work it fully before I left with it.

Great place. They have everything. I would of gavw it five stars. But they have lied to me. I called January 27 about a 100 foot electric drain snake. They told me that it would be 70 dollars and if i returned it by 6pm that day i would get 45 dollars back. Well i did return it before 6pm. But they only refunded my $21.68. Now when i called today January 29th they are telling me something totally differant. Now they are telling that the 70 dollars was the deposit and the rental was $48.32. I received the difference between the rental price and the deposit. That is not right. It they say you will get 45 dollars back thwy need to honor what they say.

If you need anything for a job you are doing its there.
