Will not recommend this company. They were suppose to drop Inflatables off Saturday night never showed up never texted or called Sunday morning they never showed I texted to see if they’re coming and told them our church picnic was at noon on Sunday they decided that they were going to get the stuff for cotton candy and they said that GFS did not open until noon on Sunday which was a lie because I called and they opened at eight the website says they open at eight They try to say that they went there in the sign on the door said 12 to 5 they bold faced lied. I canceled don’t bother coming and the reply was OK goodbye ! Very unprofessional service! The Sunday school kids were disappointed and I felt bad for them I also contacted this company a week ahead of time did not get a hold of anyone until Friday, which was after calling several times to two different numbers. 😡

My wife scheduled a large blow up slidefor our youngest birth day party and agreed on day and price for rental, the day came of the party and no one showed, now to explain how down and low the company is ! My wife scheduled it with her sisters husband who works for them which also is his step father whos owns the company ! The day of party 10 mins after it started on get a text from my wifes sister saying thought you should know that no one is showning, the owner Tim rented the slide out to someone for more money ! Now notice I said I got a text from her sister not the owner, not her husband who sets it up or took to date etc ! My wife called the business phone number and of coarse left a message and they didnt call back ! So there was my daughter with other children about hmmm 15ish that expected a slide and no one showed ! They ruined my daughters bday party ! All this company cares is their pocket book, they have no morals, they are pieces of trash in my eyes, I have called the better business bureau, I would not recommend using just using this company its not even renting one chair let along something big, couldnt call and say were bring something else or not even calling period ! Just not showing up ! Anyone reading this just think if happened to you or one of your children for a party !

Guy was late. Left equipment!! Had to go home both days yea it took him 2 days yo set up. Was promised his propane tanks would last for a full day and I would only need one. Not let heat up for hrs. Call to get anyone one. He brings another free of charge but both only lasted a few hrs. Went got two new tanks. That I could never use. Couldnt get them start show him receipts for the tanks which I shouldnt had to replace because promised me they would lay all day. The 1st lasted bout bout 6 hrs. And that was to warm tent up. Then I call for another and he clams it was full and it last bout 3 hrs. And I told this guy over and over how important it was to keep this tent warm for a party for kids! After the 1st heater didnt work I ask some of my money back and he could just take it. But for some off reason he spent all the money in a less 24hrs and could get me 50. So stuck out of over 200 so I had no choice but to try 2nd heater. He assured me he would give me money back if I had to refill. But he gets here when he wanted not early morning like he stated and basic told me its my problem. One last thing he owns my $5 change for deposit and he just pulled out without the ?5.00 would recommend him to anyone hes late and his word is not good.
