When they say you get what you pay for, it rings very true with this company. The process of booking the tables, chairs and linens I needed was easy and they claimed to have delivered to my venue many times before, but when it came time for them to deliver the day-of my wedding reception they acted like they have never made a delivery in their life. They showed up with 1 guy to deliver 16 (heavy) tables and 116 chairs. We (including myself) had to help obviously because there was some stairs to carry up and the deliver guy was SO surprised (weird, considering they said theyve delivered to that venue before). By the time we were done I was covered in sweat (good thing I had a great make up artist). The delivery guy complained the whole time about how he has cancer and cant be doing this, ect. ect. (all while smoking a cigarette). Finally we get everything up and realize they brought the wrong color linens. Instead of being as accommodating as possible they were wanting us to go pick up the right color. Finally after being clearly irritated with the company they take the wrong linens and come back (over an hour later) with the right color. It made everything fall behind and luckily we were able to set up about 15 minutes before guests start arriving. Oh and the kicker is they showed up with 6 people 30 minutes early to pick up (where were those people for drop off???) and just stood around inside the venue making us feel rushed to end the night. All in all the event turned out great - but I dont give these guys any credit!!!! Pay the extra money and go somewhere more professional.
